Great place for a great meal. Also the service is great. All employees are very friendly. Ben going here for a number of years, when ever I go to my son's. I was disappointed today, as my omelet was very good as always but my toast was cold and the home fries had a large amount of salt on them. I was surprised as many of us can't have extra salt. I will go back and try them again. Never had a problem before. Hoping it was a one time thing.

Visiting from NJ. Hands down best food in the area. Highly recommend the Churrasco and Huevos Rancheros for breakfast. Very nice atmosphere and the best food my wife and I have ever had and we're pretty hard-core foodies. We'll be back again.

Best food around with happy and attentive service! It’s not easy to find a place where parents can enjoy themselves and the kids leave smiling too—but this spot nailed it. We’ll definitely be back!

What a wonderful experience!! A MIST when visiting . The chicken and waffles were perfection . The chicken was perfectly crispy with a cornmeal crust . The waffles was crunchy on outside and soft and delicious on the inside . If you like a sweet and savory dish, this is definitely a must have.
The bloody mary was perfectly spiced and delicious and who doesnt love a creamy cappuccino ❤️❤️!! Get this on your list ! I can’t wait to come back and try other things on the menu

The food was excellent. From our cappuccino to our main meal was the best. Clean, roomy and excellent service. I wish they had Eggs Benedict however the Belgian Waffle was beautifully presented.

Updated Review: It really pains me to write this…. If the owner even had slightly more empathy today (12/31/25), I probably would not have. I guess if Michelin can remove their Stars, So can I. We have been repeat customers over the last two years and Today was the third time in a row we have been to this restaurant and was disappointed. Mind you the food is amazing. The owners are super hard-working and the staff is Friendly. Our big issue is the lack of flexibility. My wife ordered a breakfast burrito without potatoes. The waitress accepted the order and when it arrived, it had potatoes. Rather than taking responsibility, the owner blamed it on the new waitress who should not have taken the order with modifications. “She is new, sorry”. Full disclosure, the owner absolutely offered to replace the meal, That’s not what we wanted. We wanted it right the first time. The owner explained they “do not make modifications”. I am in a service business too, I realize modifications do slow things down. However, you are in a service business and your job is to serve the clients in the manner they need or wish to be served. Not adding potatoes to a dish that isn’t ready-made may add a little bit of time because it forces the chef to actually think, but aside from a moment of thinking, and not putting your hand into the potato pile and grabbing a bunch of potatoes, that’s the only thing … so I would argue the time spent thinking about it is probably offset by the time, not spent tossing the potatoes into the mixture… Regardless, this absolutely ridiculous rule about no modifications whatsoever is what caused me to lower my rating and caution others that if they have any special needs or dietary restrictions, this is probably not the place to come. But if you’re flexible, I will still recommend this place for amazing food.

Great Breakfast spot in Lee. New owners for past year have really done an amazing job of brightening up the restaurant and majorly improving the menu. Everything we had for breakfast was amazing. Give the Huevos Rancheros a try. And if you have not been recently, definitely give Rose's a try, well worth the trip.

Went to Roses twice in three days because the initial experience made such a good impression. The first time, we walked in twenty minutes before closing, and while I thought they might turn us away, they welcomed us right in. We started with mimosas, and for our dishes, we decided on the Argentine Churrasco and Eggs and the Espresso Croissant French Toast. The steak came out tender and juicy, and the chimichurri sauce elevated the flavor of the steak, potatoes, and eggs. We then moved onto the French toast, which was soft and fluffy. Surprisingly, it wasn't overly powered by the espresso flavor, and the homemade whipped cream and berry compote added flavors and sweetness to where additional syrup wasn't required. On the second visit, we wanted to try the Huevos Rancheros and the pancakes, along with a cappuccino. Althought the Huevos Rancheros were good, they weren't the best that I've had and seemed to be missing a certain spice that I'm accustomed to. The pancakes were thick, yet light and fluffy, and once again, the whipped cream and berries made little need for additional syrup. The cappuccino was delicious. All in all, a solid breakfast/brunch spot that I will make a mandatory stop when I'm in the area. Would love to try the chicken and waffles on my next visit.
