Really all they are missing is how to treat employees 🙃 which is pretty huge in the business industry. They say they are all about hospitality yet their employees get little throughout the day. Sundays are the worse, if you as a customer leave because of wait time, emergency ect.. it's then blamed on staff and met with "why did they leave, you need to be not letting them leave, do more so they don't" and if you reply back it's "getting an attitude" so there's no defending yourself otherwise you have "attitude" and are put on suspension. I can give multiple examples where I as a previous employee was screamed or yelled at due to something out of my control. I had thought people just didn't want to work, but later found out that the reason no one is working here is due to the poor treatment. As someone with a mental illness it's honestly mentally draining after getting talked to in such a manner. I had so much respect for the owners/managers but not the same was given. Just do better I guess. instead of saying people have an attitude hear them out. I'm a hard working employee, but I don't deal with being talked down to. There are always other jobs. The "wow" factor isn't really wowing in the least. Also if you're leaving reviews about the owners it's then blammed on staff and "has to be an insider" which still isn't true. I've had customers personally apologize to me for how management was acting towards the only 2 waitstaff they have that keep their business afloat besides the Amazing Guys in the back who work hard day in and out. Yes they pay good, but always remember that without workers you have no Buisness. People make mistakes as I've seen management make them aswell so stop being hard on the ones trying to be "perfect" for your business. We all work as a team until there isn't a team to work with. Stay humble, and do better. Also this is just my experience but it's not just me getting spoken to in such way, maybe just the only one Brave enough to voice my experience, and opinion. But that's all I have to say and maybe They will do better from now on. Hospitality.

Roses Restaurant was absolutely fantastic! The Chicken & Waffles were the best I've had. The chef even took the time to greet us personally and express his gratitude for our visit. The service was impeccable, the food was amazing, and there was plenty of parking. It's a 5-star experience all around. Thanks for a memorable meal! My hot chocolate was great!

Delicious breakfast, big portions, and great service! Roses restaurant was so good that we returned twice on our short NY trip. Delicious Mocha Latte and the BEST hot chocolate! We shared both savory and sweet menu items all of which were absolutely divine. We were impressed by the attention to quality ingredients, the attentive staff and the decorative details. We had our energetic toddler with us and they were wonderfully kind and accommodating to us. We can't wait to return on our next trip up north. Highly recommend this gem!

Kid-friendliness: This is a family friendly restaurant! High chairs available, kind kid loving staff, welcoming environment.

Stopped here for brunch twice while we were visiting a friend. My friend ordered the brisket and said it was quite good. We both ordered the bacon and eggs (over easy). They were fine. Can’t really say too much about bacon and eggs. I had the Belgium waffles. Also good. Service was excellent.

We were visiting from out of state and looking for a place for brunch. This place was recommended to us from another restaurant that didn't serve brunch.

Our food was excellent and the coffee was great. They have some things on the menu that you don't just see anywhere. The homemade scallion biscuits, for example, were fantastic! (Shout out to the man who gets there early every morning to make those.)

On the downside, service was very, very slow on Sunday, September 29th. We had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated, even though there were quite a few empty tables when we got there. I'm going to assume they were short-staffed. We also waited a long time for somebody to even come to our table and take an order. And once they got our beverage request (coffee and water) we again waited much too long.

Service at our table seems to be pieced together; we experienced at least four different people come to our table while we were there.

I'll save the staff was relatively friendly, so I'll give them that.

If I lived in the area, I would probably go back and give them a second chance. If for no other reason, just to have those biscuits again.

Great service, amazing food. One of our absolute favs. Ribs are absolutely the best meal in Western Massachussetts. Argentinian Master Chef is brilliant. And the service is five star. Roses is a Berkshire jewel.

Went for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised to see vegetarian sausage on the menu. A treat for me since I don't eat meat. Omelet was delicious and they let you pick 5 items as ingredients. Will definitely come back when in the area.

Legit one of the best cheddar biscuits I've ever had. Fluffy and cheddary as hell. Homemade sausage was superb. My husband enjoyed his burrito and left quite stuffed. Legit French croissants. Glad we came here.

Stopped for lunch. The food was wonderful. There was a wait line that moved quickly. The servers were incredibly busy, but they were prompt, polite, and helpful. The atmosphere was eclectic and modern. Definitely a place we'll visit again!
