Been going there about twice a week for years happily but this menu change upsets me. They have eliminated all the club sandwiches altogether. We feel that this a basic menu item and will now look for other places to get them. If needed raise prices on a popular item like the 'club' sandwich, but should be left on the menu.

Very disappointing when you have finished your dinner(s), run out of drink(s), are waiting for your server /waitress to stop sweeping /vaccuming the dining rooms floor areas so you can put in a to go order, get more drink(s) and at 8:58 when your server /waitress comes to the table and ask if you want to go boxes, are told it's too late to put a to go order in. Not impressive at all. Service gets a big fat zero tonight. Restaurant courtesy used to be to check in and communicate with patrons.

The meatloaf tasted like medical chemicals such as those used to make bandaids. It tasted horrible and no one would take it back to exchange it for another meal. I had to buy 2 meals and this one got trashed. I don't recommend the meatloaf.

Update: the sodas and lemonade are mixed with tap water that tastes horrible. I don't drink alcohol and would like if they offered bottles waters or bottled and cans of soda. I'd pay more knowing it's not diluted tap water.

My Server Jessica was Fantastic again. She is so Friendly to me and all the patrons. The Shepard's Pie and Vanilla Ice Cream were delicious and filling.

new to us place. there was a traditional lobster roll on the menu. I asked if thrybcouls make a hot buttered lobster roll and they did! it was so good I went back two weeks later and got it again

So sorry to do this but we have to be honest. The services was horrendously poor. Took way too long to order and then receive the bill. We had to be proactive and leave the table to find a server (20 minutes) for each part of service ie order and bill. The food was really poor quality. Pot roast and haddock was inedible. To say it destroyed the 4th is an understatement. Please make your menu smaller and focus on quality. Everything was inedible. Canned or frozen food at full price. Please consider this. I understand you have been in business for 40 plus years but my lord someone will get sick if you don’t change.

Ordered lobster casserole one side vegetable $26. The vegetable I chose was the secured one slice of tomato two green peppers a mushroom maybe two and slice onion. It came cold… I asked the waitress that I wanted a hot one returned one that was just grilled. Received the bill and was charged $2.50 for that that could have cost maybe five cents… Rip off beyond rip off my husband ordered chicken pot pie… Mostly potatoes few pieces of chicken and a crust that was precooked very very, very disappointing. I asked the waitress , why was I charged $2.50 for a small skewer of nothing vegetables she said that is our policy well you better get a different policy because that won’t fly! And by the way, the loft casserole was not worth $26 and a cold skew of vegetables ! FYI, my husband and I are food critics for the senior centers and unfortunately, this would kind of be a minus…

Took my father out for his 66th Birthday here! Went to Walmart, not even 5 minutes down the road and we almost shit ourselves ! Not sure if the food we ate was bad but wasn’t a good first experience for me at this restaurant! To bad !
