I have been a loyal customer for 5 plus years, they get to know you, know your order and give you some polite harassment (I am the instigator btw..). Their egg sandwiches are real (unlike that weird egg puck you get at DD) and the coffee is flavored by the beans, not syrup. Best coffee around and try an iced caramel nut crunch, you will not be disappointed 😉

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service experience I had. I earned 5 stamps towards a free coffee, but because I had to start a new card after misplacing the old one, they refused to combine the stamps or honor the free coffee. I'd like to know where this policy is clearly stated, as it's not mentioned on the loyalty card or visible in-store. It seems unfair to deny me the reward I've earned. Shame on you! I retuned the coffee and drove to Dunkin’. They are less expensive anyway.

Dippin has all the convenience of a big chain, with the atmosphere of a local mom and pop shop. Everyone here is super friendly and the food is way better than the competitors product.

Amazing donuts, fast service and friendly staff. Being from out of town we happened to drive by this location in June of 2023. My kids and I are donut snobs so it takes a great donut to get 5 stars. The donuts were fresh and everything we were looking for. Wish we lived closer as this would be a regular stop for us.
