DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE. I bought 1 new tire and service to get it mounted and installed. I dropped my car off at 4:30pm for my 5pm appointment so I can go do some things and anticipated picking it up at 6pm. 6pm rolls around and no update on the app or text/call. I call twice at 6:10 no answer, and decide to just head down to see. I get here around 6:25 and they tell me that they just brought my car in 30 min ago and they are short staffed and with 1 person back there all day. Which is alright, like I get it shit happens but then he tells me that he can't find my tire.. Like was nobody going to tell me this unless I came down looking for answers and then asks me if I want any ole tire on it since they can't find mine.... Like what?? and at this point IDC as long as it's new. So I say yeah as long as I don't have to pay more for it. He goes back and magically finds my tire and says 20 min for install. It's now 7pm and they have marked my car as picked up already as I'm writing this and I'm still waiting...

Came to get tires, didn't realize you have to make an appointment now. But Ann in the tire dept was awesome got me in anyway. Thank you Ann.

Walmart+ Delivery has been terrible. 3 out of 5 of my last orders have been delayed or rescheduled to the next day. Not worth paying for the membership if they can't deliver.

The store is clean and employees are great. I have a problem when I do instore shopping. It always was after I went to the store to shop I would come home and see what I bought in history on my computer. I do not have a cell phone. Over the past few months, more and more of my instore purchases were being lost until years lost. I liked it because it helped when I was making a new shopping list. I have always used the same credit card, shopped on the same day and even used the same self-checkout register when available. I have called 6 times on this problem only to have the same negative result. I have spoken to 2 people at the store and they say it is an online issue. The people say that the tec people said it was a communication issue with the store and its registers. Not having a cell means I cannot participate in all the Walmart+ perks. This history was helpful and I used it weekly. No one can or WILL tell me that a fix is possible, and the people from online customer give cookie cutter responses while being overly courteous
