When I was walking to the restaurant one lady who work there was looking at me non stop . A lot of rude people there .I was waiting for 40 minutes nobody take my order. So I left never coming back again . Honestly they made me feel very uncomfortable

Usually the food isn’t up to par but it was really good last night when I went, and I had the best server - I wish I asked for her name!! She had black hair and was super funny and sweet. I gave her a 50% tip. Awesome communication and the dishes we ordered were served hot and exactly what we asked for. The mocktail she made me was perfect.Kid-friendliness: Servers are really good with kids and inclusive with everyone.

Waited 1/2 to get a drink, ordered a strawberry margarita no alcohol in it, no salt on the rim. Waited 50 minutes to get food. Service absolutely horrible.

I will only sit at the bar if Niya is bartending. Her drinks are always put together very well and her personality is so wonderful. A different bartender told me they didn’t make a certain drink but I know they do because Niya makes it for me all the time. Maybe the other bartender didn’t know how to make it, but her attitude was not pleasant. This is why I only sit at the bar when Niya is there! My girl!

Was craving Applebees for the first time in a long time so I treated myself to takeout. Food was bland and mediocre (more than usual). Tortilla chips tasted stale. The crispy cheese bites left a weird after taste so I did not eat them. I’m not sure I can have high expectations with a chain restaurant but I won’t be back for a long time

Visited this restaurant on 2/11/24. For e was good but the service was awful. Placed my order for an appetizer. A few min later the server came by asking if we (my 2 kids and I) were ready to order our main course. We then placed our dinner order. Dinner came and it was good however still waiting on our appetizer. When I was able to get the attention of the server I asked about the appetizer he realized he never put it into the kitchen. I told him to not work about it and that we were done with our meal and getting treat to leave. 5 min later as we were finishing our drinks and to pay and leave another server dropped off our appetizer. And of course I was charged for it. I could have asked for the manager or made an issue about this but I choose to just pay, leave and be dinner with this experience. To be fair I’ve ate here before with no problems at all. Going forward I will be reluctant to eat here again
