I ordered a $5 duo (2 chicken fries) and 2 double cheeseburgers. I went back the next day with the receipt because they overcharged me for the chicken fries. I was told I can not get a partial refund because I did not bring the food back with me.

I only use the drive up. The woman that took my order was the one that handed me the food and she was very friendly and professional. I ordered a whopper french fries and the new fried pickles. The fried pickles were great.

Too bad cant zero it out. In there for nearly 5 minutes and even the manager ignored me. Noone helping another customer. They were all too busy stoxking to stop and help a customer. Horrible BK. Corporate should look at it closer.

Every time I go to Burger King I’m reminded why I don’t go to bk. Buns were stale af and burgers tasted old. I wouldn’t even serve these to death row inmates. Just spend the extra money and get food elsewhere, trust me

Horrible service . There was an employee who was more interested in taking her personal phone call than actually attending her customers . It actually seems like she was the manager .then as I'm waiting for my shake they are talking, and laughing while I'm still waiting for my shake. Less talking, and more working could probably help getting out those orders out quicker. It took no word of lie 15 minutes to get my shakes . Not to mention the frozen fanta machine was not working mind you I went like three weeks ago, and the machine was not working then either. Horrible place and horrible service.

Great place to go. The impossible whopper-veggie burger- is so good. The staff is always nice!
By far the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I simply asked for a cup of water and they told me “by law” it’s illegal and that I need to purchase a bottle of it. I then got to the window and payed while expecting my food and they had me park out front and sit in the car for over 10 minutes waiting in my food. So they could have a good drive through time. I highly recommend choosing any other place around the area. This place sucks and is a total joke.

Today is the last time I will visit here as I haven’t ordered a single meal that came out correctly. This time my burger was buried at the bottom of the bag underneath my fries and nuggets so I did not get to check until I had already returned to work. Could not have been more clear ordering a “bacon cheeseburger” and was given some fried onion monstrosity. I asked for original lemonade, repeated myself twice, and was given strawberry (didn’t have the energy to ask for the original as I can barely understand the employees and didn’t know yet my burger was wrong too.) I have worked several fast food chains and don’t understand how these mistakes keep happening at this location.

They got my order wrong by giving one wrong item and forgetting 3 of them, I pulled up to the window and they made me pull up front, after this they gave me two of the items forgetting again. Plus the food was mid.??
