Ordered a Greek salad, they called to tell me that they were out of salads AFTER processing my payment. I called them back to make sure I would receive a refund for said order, and they were rude about the fact I missed a call with them. Pretty strange reaction to a customer after the establishment made the error.
Don't expect good service from this place.

I called at 5 25 pm and ordered two grinders an hour later I did not have my grinders so I called them back they said that they were busy but they never made them and then when I got them they weren't even hot but bacon that we asked for was all crunched in with the lettuce they did not have strips of bacon they cut them all up and put it on the sandwich My pastrami wasn't even good

I ordered a wrap, soda and a pizza. Instead I got a sub, no soda and the pizza was just ok.
My driver was from grubhub and they were actually great. I had asked where my soda was and they said it wasn't in the order. So I showed her my order on my phone.
Apparently at c&m they can't read or something and gave me the wrong type of sandwich and no soda. But the driver actually went back and must have shown or asked where my soda was and she did come back with it which I wasn't expecting.
So this is about c&m themselves since none of it was the drivers fault. I used to love c&m back in the day but it sucks now. Never ordering here again.
Edit: I don't see a way to write back to the owner. But it was the right order. Just the soda was forgotten and the wrap was made as a sub instead.
We had ordered online for a delivery for a business lunch at 11:20am. Food didn't arrive until 12:45 with items wrong. Called to get corrected and they said they would deliver correct items. Waited. Called again at 1:30 as it STILL hadn't arrived. And the guy said he was waiting for his driver. 2 o'clock rolls around and STILL nothing. Called again and he stated he was STILL waiting for his driver. So the food that should have been delivered correctly the first time has now just been sitting there for a half hour. I said just to give a us refund and he said he would have to ask the manager who I wasn't allowed to speak to. The guy on the phone said he would call manager and then he would call me as I just wanted a refund at this point. I haven't heard from manager yet but we will not be ordering from here again. Terrible service, mediocre food.
