Chili's has a great variety of a menu and the staff here is always friendly! Food is always done well and the restaurant is clean in our experience as long as we've been here. Can't go wrong!

It just felt sad dining in here. And the food tasted the sane, sad. Steak had such a rubbery texture that it made it hard to chew. Friendly service.

We are Chilis regulars and this take out order was by far the worst ever. My ribs were rock hard and completely dry. I couldn't even break then apart from each other. It legitimately could have been used as a weapon, I've never experienced this at Chilis before. Usually the meat falls off the bone. The rest of the food was soggy. Waste of 80 bucks.

A lot of people on a Saturday afternoon, but service was prompt, friendly, and attentive. Standard Chili's food, but compared to other Chili's restaurants this one was a step better in food prep.

On 01/04/25 myself, my husband and our 10yr old nonverbal autistic daughter went to the chili's in leominster massachusetts we had dinner at this restaurant, I had gotten the 10oz steak my husband got the ribeye our daughter chose the crispy chicken and some mandarin oranges and her favorite chocolate milk. I must say the steak and the ribeye were season to absolute perfection even the broccoli was perfect with buttery flavor. Our daughter ate everything (and she usually just picks at her food and needs to be prompted to eat) our daughter has been asking to go back to chili's constantly! compliments to the chef! ( wish we could of met him/her so we could thank them and tell them it was phenomenal. We could all use praise it makes us feel better) our server Sidney(not sure spelt correctly) was kind, patient, friendly, upbeat, and just an amazing person you have great staff over in leominster. You have a customer for life so thank you for this experience all tho it might seem like a small ordinary vist and was much bigger than that to our family!!!
