Chipotle Mexican Grill

Tonight I got Chipotle after not having it for a while and I gotta say the staff made my bowl perfectly. The guy at the window was friendly to my husband and I could see all the staff inside were hard at work.

I’ve never witnessed these slowest overstaffed chipotle like this. It took more than 10 minutes to even take my order and once they have, I had to ask them to actually give you a portion instead of skim me out on every single little thing would not recommend great atmosphere service completely trash Portion sizes I am not a little kid. To pay $20 for a bowl gotta be kidding me

I have learned to ONLY ORDER IN PERSON to have a good experience at this location. I can attest from multiple experiences when ordering on the app/online the portions are very small and the order is usually incorrect. In person I can’t complain and they always give good size portions when you order it in person.

I also agree that the dining area is always messy, not sure whose job it is to clean up the dining room but clearly that person isn’t doing it or doesn’t realize or care it’s their job.

The place was so dirty while the non serving employees were just standing around talking to each other. I had to to ask someone to clean a table so we can eat.

This is the size of their burrito compared to their large guacamole. And when you call they tell you they can’t do anything. Waste of money!

Smallest portion of Chipotle I have ever received. Didn’t want to make it a big deal but the spoon was half full on each scoop of ingredients. Food was not good at all. The rice is soggy and there is no taste to this. Staff seems ok so not enough conversation to determine their customer service. Overall I won’t be going back. Better choices out there for 12$.

Really rude staff. Got my order wrong twice and charged me the wrong price. The bowl was so soaked with liquid from the beans that the bottom broke open and got on everything.

Don't order to go from this location during anything considered a busy time. If they get behind you'll be waiting 20+ minutes after your order is supposed to be already if you order it for pickup within 15-20 minutes.

The staff is overworked because the location is understaffed.

If I could give it less stars I would. Me and my boyfriend decided to order doordash from this location and my food was not only horrible but the portions were ridiculously small as if they had run out of everything. Ended up paying 35.82 on 2 portions that when combined only made half a bowl in total. No wonder this store has closed and reopened so many times. Pathetic

I was having a day, just came to this spot and the staff who handed me my order was so kind and food pretty good. Little bit of faith in humanity restored and belly full. Made my night better. Thank you kind staff!

I placed an order from this place didn't get it the way I ordered it and the food was disgusting. Never will order from here again.Meat was raw ingredients were sour and it made me puke.

On my life whoever made this quesadilla will feel my wrath cause why did I wait FOURTY FIVE WHOLE MINUTES in the damn mobile order line for this and they didn’t even give me guac. COUNT UR MF DAYS CHIPOTLE IM NOT
