Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place is absolutely DISGUSTING!! It's filthy! the floors , the tables everywhere! The serving line filthy. I am appalled shame on chipotle and they're management.
Went in at dinner time, waiting for rice, no pico anywhere
The upper management NEEDS to get in there and fix this.
Before they are sued again and in the news.
Paying $30 for two bowls for mediocre cold not fresh food unacceptable!

Portions of guac, queso etc put on tacos were small for the price. One spoon of each was chintzy.

Worst Location, don’t bother.

Staffing issues have been up and down over recent years and even though they seem to be mostly fully staffed at this stage (I write this in December 2025), it does seem like everyone who works there has some sort of issue with customer service.

Prices for Tiny portions. This has gotten out of control. If the management is training everyone to give tiny portions, then it should be posted how much of each meat portion one is expected to receive when one makes an ordinary order because leaving it up to how a random employee’s scoop will behave on any given day is resulting in itty bitty portions, for which is it literally pointless to pay for a burrito or a bowl. People come to chipotle because they are hungry and want a well rounded, great tasting meal. You’re not going to get that at this location for any price— you can pay more and have bad meat preparation or bad attitude from the customer service food service clerks — or you can pay less, but still a substantial price ($14 or so) for meat that isn’t even present and sauces that have been sitting too long or over or undercooked meat and way too much sour cream without enough rice or beans and zero proteins. Then they want to upsell you on every sauce and add-on but they can’t nail the main product: the burrito.

Honestly, I have stopped eating here over the years and have recently decided to give them a try again, but it’s the same story, different set of faces: not worth the money and you’re just going to leave angry that you spent any time and money when you could have just gone home and made yourself a burrito with grocery store ingredients and 30 minutes of time to meal prep (with leftovers for tomorrow).

Not worth it. The only reason you’re stopping here is because you’re desperate— so just remember that the next time you drop by this location and ask yourself if it’s worth getting frustrated and being served too much or too little rice and a crap ton of sour cream and cheese because they don’t want to serve you any protein for $14 or even $17. 🙄

I have alot to say about the employees.. shout out to everyone but raj. He treats the customers like complete stones and he gave me so much attitude. He also scratched his beard and head with gloves on and continued to wrap my burrito with the same gloves! He always miss treats me please do something i will not be coming back.

I love pretty much all the workers there! But Raj I have other stories for you pal. The serving sizes you give me are unexplainable. I asked for a carne asada burrito and he put 3 pieces of meat! He does it every time I get food there and has been very disrespectful to co workers there that I've heard stories from. GET HIM FIRED!!!! 🥷🏿

Multiple times, they forget to add the red chilli sauce on my DoorDash order. It’s so annoying and I’m so pissed. The least you can do is review orders carefully and if items are not available, give me the option to cancel! So so annoying

Not sure why the reviews here are low. The staff, while a bit overloaded, were friendly and the food tasted great. Place was a little messy, but i think we came in right after a rush.

Everything was excellent, only thing I didn't like was that one of the employees didn't seem to know how to wipe down as you go on the line and due to that I decided to get a bowl instead of a burrito.

Those poor people that work there. They all seem so sad about being there, and that negativity is reflected in the food. I used to love Chipotle and still love their recipes. This store though is so bad, so consistently, we go only about once a year. I have severe gluten and dairy allergies, and they are not able to accommodate that properly. It’s really too bad cuz it’s the only fast food place where I have a chance of ordering food. Instead of capitalizing on that, they make me feel so put out, and they’ve never been able to follow protocol and provide a meal I can eat without consequence. We got takeout there today and would give the food about a 5/10.
