I had a craving for a turkey sub tonight and decided to try Daddy's Best Pizza, as I was in the neighborhood. I ordered the Milanese sub. It was delicious!! The turkey was good quality, and the bread and veggies nice and fresh. The dressing on it was flavorful and there wasn't so much of it that would make the bread soggy. The employees were friendly and professional, and the open pizza oven gives the space a cozy feel. I will definitely return in the future to try other menu items.

Their paper menu has more than the online menu. The paper menu states they offer a gluten free pizza crust. Everyone in the group I was with enjoyed pizza, sandwiches and wraps. Our group of 10 people was a stretch for this place. Groups of 4 or less would be fine. There is a lot of natural light in the single dining room. They have an interesting, long high top table that would be good for 6 people.

Finally found great pizza in the leomisnter, Townsend, lunenburg area.
Unlike all the pizza places in the area, that I swear all use the same frozen Greek style pizza crust, Daddy's is serving us thin style pies more akin to NY style.
They have a ton of topping choices and some real interesting house pies to try as well. Would certainly recommend if you're tired of the Greek style pizza in the area.

Daddy’s Best Pizza is seriously amazing. The inside of the place is super cool — it’s modern, but still has that classic, old-school Italian vibe. You can tell they really care about the experience.
The pizza is next level. They cook it with real wood fire, and you can actually see the flames in the oven. It gives the crust that perfect crisp and smoky flavor. Everything tastes fresh, and the quality is top-notch.
If you’re a pizza lover, you have to try this place. Highly recommend!

Tried Daddy’s Best pizza for the first time yesterday as our usual spot was closed for holiday. We ordered four pizzas online for a small party and everyone was impressed with the quality and taste of the pizza! It is a thinner crust and not super greasy (which we prefer) and the restaurant itself was clean and staff was pleasant and friendly! Daddy’s will definitely be our new go-to pizza spot!

I went in closer towards closing and the one person working (at least out front) greeted me right away. Very nice calm atmosphere and I loved the oven you could see as soon as you entered. The food is always good and they never forget my weird special requests! Definitely the Best!!

Update 6/25 Pizza was so good!
Update 04/2025 they have an automatic text message ordering system. Worked well, but couldn't get a final $total using the system. The pizza was GREAT! And $$$expensive.
Ordered pizza from here a couple times...never again...The only thing you should ever get is pizza if anything. I tried the chicken fingers and the fried shrimp both of which were frozen and gross
