Placed online order.. said ready in 20 minutes. I get there in 22 minutes. They say they will start it soon. I wait 10 minutes then ask again. He said he will start it soon.. lol. I see them start new orders from people walking in and ordering in person but not doing any online orders

Stopped here yesterday for two steak subs and clam chowder. The subs were terrible, my number 9 was very tough and had like two small pieces of onions and one piece of e of Pepper. My sub roll was over baked and very dry. Will not be stopping at this Leominster location for quite some time if ever.

Just moved into the area, had some great experiences at other locations. Not this one. The subs here dont match the quality of other locations. Been here 3 times in 3 weeks, and have been disappointed every time. Slim portions of meat on the subs, especially the chicken. At the higher cost of the subs, it's just not worth the expense. Unfortunate.

This place always has the best service and the employees are respectful. They have the best steak and cheese in Leominster.
Mostly people order takeout here. The food is cooked fresh and hot. The 2 ladies working were very nice. I’m guessing the older one was a manager. Good customer service.

Since this place was taken over by New management it is fastly improved. It's clean. The food is better and the staff is friendlier. I love that there is online ordering too. Lots of good sub sandwiches to choose from. The chili was also a pleasant surprise.
