Food is ether under cooked our over cooked manager is rude when complaining about food
Placed mobile order, arrived to find out they were closed via paper sign on the door, an employee came out to let us know they were understaffed and decided to close for the day, (totally understandable) and that they would issue us a refund when they opened next. I never got the refund so I called for an update, they apologized and said they’d issue the refund ASAP. I still never received my refund. Never spending my money here again as I feel I got taken advantage of or scammed....read full review
I ordered food and drove from two towns away to get it at 4am only to be told they didn’t have my food. They didn’t try to call me at all, just had me drive there for nothing. Now they won’t answer their phones to give me my money back after I was assured I wasn’t charged. Place is a joke and if you ever want to get a problem solved you have to call corporate.
