This one mainly goes out to the absolute trash heckling me for no reason other than for being there while I waited for an oil change across the street. The charming group of four who think it’s appropriate to follow a woman outside after she’s removed herself from the dining area only to continued to be harassed. I was flipped off and blown kisses by grown men using vulgar language, a woman mocking me for asking them to leave me alone, all while the staff did nothing to intervene. I’ll add that I’m also six months pregnant and wish I could say that I’m more surprised that adults don’t know how to act, but I guess it was my fault to patron this Dippin’ Donuts in sunny Leominster.

The prices of donuts are stupid if you want a dozen donuts it's almost $18 that's crazy

Came here for their large variety of donuts flavors. Tons of flavors on their menu but all they had was the same 8 boring flavors every other place had. No chocolate cream, coconut cream, etc. parking is also terrible

Dippin used to be great, service, food, value, etc. Now, I can't even get a coffee made the right way and I consistently am missing food that I've ordered AND paid for. When I go in to ask for the missing food they still don't get it right so rather than asking AGAIN I just leave.I'm not sure what happened to this location but it's been truly terrible, disappointing, and a waste of money /time over the last few months.Gourmet donuts down the street does a way better job at making coffee and making sure you leave with everything you've paid for!

Still coffee, lady behind the register was a little rude, tho I probably did interrupt a manager call from the sound of it, however, though it wasn't fresh, the Boston Crème donut was actually worth it

I got charged $8.10 for an extra large idea coffee today. Avoid them at all costs! I asked for a Samoa coffee and on the receipt there were charges for "Oreo" and "Powder" which brought up the price $1.80. So why the hell is a regular extra large iced coffee $6.30? I can go literally anywhere else and NEVER GET THE PRICE ABOVE $5! This is an update an hour later: I open up my coffee to start eating the ice because I like doing that, and I find more than just ice in the coffee. I find a spoon!! There was literally a spoon in my coffee. Whoever was working the Main Street location in Leominster around 10:30 am today needs some real training!!

Won’t be back. Poor woman at the counter had been left alone by her manager so the issue was not her fault; she was left by herself in the shop and overloaded with a flood of orders. Nevertheless, I had to wait a long time, the selection of donuts was less than advertised and what they had looked stale at 8am. After all this, ended up getting charged for and delivered the wrong order. Really disappointed.

First off I asked for a hot chocolate it was made perfect ask for glazed Donuts a little bit stale but the reason why I gave it a one it is while I was ordering my food at the counter with open display cases of food a German Shepherd came from the kitchen jumped his front paws on the counter totally shocked me! Meanwhile the woman is having a conversation with an elderly man that was risque to say the least and I think it's a law that an animal running around loose behind the counter and in the kitchen! what's a dog doing in a restaurant kitchen or behind the counter it's definitely wasn't a service dog and I'm really sure it was a violation of so many Board of Health rules I'll never go back! Eat at your own risk!
