I love the pizza here but sandwiches are apparently a no go. You're basically just paying for bread. Even though it wasn't a sub or anything there should be more than a few pieces of meat. All I tasted was bread.

Just a shoutout to this crew. On a little Domino's coupon kick recently, and have been here for carryout a couple times. Very impresssed by the efficiency and quality control here. Also this store is as clean as I've ever seen it (I had friends who worked here in the 90s lol)

As a loyal and long-standing customer, I have always appreciated the convenience and quality of your products, but my most recent encounter has left me disheartened.On 10/18, I placed an order with the expectation of a prompt delivery, as I was quoted a 45- 55 minute delivery time. However, over an hour later, my order had not arrived, and I was left without any communication or updates regarding its status. I decided to contact the store to inquire about the delay.The customer service representative I spoke with informed me that my order had not even been placed in the oven due to a shortage of delivery drivers, and the individual I spoke with was the only one on duty at that time. This information was conveyed to me without any prior notification or explanation. I believe that it is essential for customers to be promptly informed about any significant delays or issues with their orders, allowing them to make informed decisions or seek alternatives if necessary.Furthermore, I inquired about the possibility of receiving the points back for the free pizza I was entitled to as a part of Domino's loyalty program. Regrettably, the representative I spoke with was unable to assist me in this matter, which added to my frustration and dissatisfaction with the overall experience.As a loyal customer who has enjoyed Domino's products and services for an extended period, I have come to expect a certain level of service and professionalism. It is disheartening to experience such a significant departure from the service standards that have kept me coming back to Domino's.I kindly request that you review and address the issues I have raised in this message to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future. So I understand that places get busy, especially weekends. I placed an order online at 7:40 pm. I got there about 8:40 pm. They haven't started it....isn't the point of online to not having to wait in line. I sat there till 9:20pm waiting for food that I ordered almost 2 hrs so it would be ready when I was heading home. I spoke to someone about the wait and he was pretty much like idk what to tell you sorry.

Absolutely disgusting, I ordered one pizza at 6:40pm said delivery was 30-40 minutes an hour later said pizza was just put in oven. I call and was told it would be another 40 minutes to an hour before we would get the pizza. 2 hours to make a pizza is just ridiculous. The sad part is that this is the second time it has happened to me in a week, and we wanted to give you a second chance, I guess that was stupid to do.

At this point, I have no choice but to give 1 star.Wouldn't accept PayPal payment. Tried cash option and the website wouldn't redeem my points for free pizza. I called the store, but they refused to redeem my points over the phone.Edit:Wow....finally got my order through, after 1/2 hour of trying, and then they called me to say they "don't deliver to my address," which is 1 mile away! Then it was, oh, we got the wrong number. (insert eye roll) At this point, I just hope I get my order. If I do, I'll bump it up to 2 stars. Good grief!I usually have a good experience, but the last couple times have not been great.
