so if you want no donut selection and bitter cold coffee - this is the place to go at 3pm on monday. i don’t understand? with the cold weather and being a truck stop you would think it would be better stocked with adult donuts - there was a full tray of frosted spider donuts. sad - we stopped in after we scaled our load. sad…. (the young kid that helped us was kind)

I honestly do not know how many times I've tried to go to this one location and they either never have hot food or they don't have cream or there's always something. They are never prepared in the very few times that they are prepared they mess up the orders completely. We're in Massachusetts there's one on every corner I'm never going to this one again and I highly suggest everybody else steer clear of this location as well.

My mother asked for an iced coffee but she doesn't know English that much and apparently the worker said that she asked for a black iced coffee and my mom said yes because she didn't know. when she gave it to her my mom said that she wanted it with milk the worker got mad and asked if she was bipolar she still didn't get a new drink though she just got the milk cream and threw it on the counter. I don't know the whole story because I wasn't there but if I was this would've never been a problem. This is not how you treat your customers even if my mom got confused it wouldn't hurt her to make another one.
