Not sure whats up with these negative reviews. I am a regular here at this dunkins. The staff are always nice and funny, there have been times where my drink is wrong, my food is burnt or the wait times are slow. All of these things typically happen when they are getting slammed with customers. I do not blame them, and everytime i return and request a remake, the staff do it with no questions asked and they never charge me. The food and coffee here is just like any other dunkins in the area, absolute 5 stars.

Food is terrible do not recommend. Always stuffed in bag squished which makes everything mush. Usually burnt or cold. Coffee isnt terrible. Other locations in the area much better

I asked for a Hot caramel latte coffee she handle me a double shot. When I asked to make my coffee right they try to charge another dollar. I don’t recommend this Dunkin

I opened up my sandwich and it was still a little cold but it was replaced by the staff and that made me happy
EVERY time I go here, which I truly try not to but it is literally behind my house so sometimes in a rush like today, moving day, I needed to be quick go right there not to my favorite one across the city, and I REGRET IT everytimmmmmme! They can NOT make a correct coffee EVER! There is not one time I have been here that I have received a good drinkable coffee, most of the time I got back and ask for it to be remade only to have it come out just as bad! I just need to not go there ever again. PLEASE do not go there and go to the other 5 with in driving distance! Do better it shouldn’t be that hard.

Don’t really go to this one that often but because they don’t make the coffees very good like they don’t put enough sugar in it for me. At least the atmosphere is OK just like a very busy road a lot of commotion
