Dunkin'

I go to dunkin donuts most of my time ordering French vanilla hot coffee and some donuts and sometimes avocado toast with beacon maybe sometimes black pepper beacon with cheese and eggs toasted sometimes shaken espresso coffee with brown sugar ice one time a customer bought me a hot coffee he so polite I wish I can pay him back but I haven't seen him in sight

The dunkin donuts use to make donuts in-house. It is a shame that they no longer perform this miracle in front of children. The donuts are now manufactured in a factory in Devens MA., and have all kinds of ingredients that were never in the donuts we always got on Sunday after church. I know things change but traditions should still be preserved at some locations.

I order ahead and still have wait 5 minutes for my order. Walk-in’s get service while I waited for mobile order. Not enough staff members on most days. I have the same coffee order daily, this location is the most inconsistent of the 3 Dunkin’s that I use.

This Dunkin Donuts is in a convenience store and the people who work there are helpful, kind, and I'm always greeted with a smile.

The food is good of course but the guy serving it was judgemental and rude. I’ll go to another Dunkin’ im all set🙄 annoying

Ordered online got 2 orders of the stuffed bagel bites, a large pineapple mango lemonade refresher and a coffee. Pulled up and was told they didn't have mango but they had strawberry ( online they were out of strawberry and only had mango) said no problem. Got to the window and was told they didn't have lemonade only green tea. At this point I stopped caring and said it was fine. Was given my drinks and food and I left. When I got home they only gave me 1 order of the bagel bites. Not going to come back here, you might as well drive a few minutes to a different Dunkin Donuts I stead to save some hassle.

On top of part of my order being missing which happens every other time I order there, my bagel minis were rock solid and looked like this inside. Bad or just overcooked, I don't know, and I don't care. LAST time I go to this location. It's become a genuine shock that my coffee is even made right, which is the only positive thing I have to say about my order today.
