Dunkin'

Very thankful for their service! Came in on a day they were very busy and backed up with the drivethru, walk-ins, and a flood of mobile orders. They were moving fast and got to me in a timely manner and were friendly even though I could tell they were short staffed and stressed. Very thankful and appreciative for the service I had today, I could tell today was a challenging day for them. But they completed my order to me within 5 minutes despite how busy they were with 15 cars in drivethru, 8+ people in line, and alot of mobile orders. Only reason 3 of 5 star on atmosphere was 3-4 rude customers complaining about them being short staffed, but not appreciative of how hard the Dunkin crew was working. This store doesn't have chairs and tables, It is designed to be a pickup or drivethru store only. So, I don't understand people's complaints when they could easily go to any Dunkin Donuts within 5min drive on a Saturday. Where do you have to be in a hurry on a weekend day off to complain that much? Too many ungrateful people would rather do complaints in retail and not enough give praise when it is deserved. My order came out fast, correctly and with friendly service. I was very appreciative of their hard work. The 1001 Central St local crew all deserve a raise! And hire more backup or transfer additional employee or 2 from other stores, this store deserves it. They have my respect and praise and compliments. Dunkin management: pass my gratitude directly to the crew here!

Service is not great walking in. More attention to drive up for the people who are too lazy to get out of the car and waste gas.

This is my fav Dunks! Last time I went to pick up an on-the-go order, the woman at the counter offered to remake my coffee so it would be hot. I declined because it was my fault i was late to pick up the order lol! But that was tremendously nice of her. She was super friendly and made me laugh. Everything I got was delicious, especially the avocado toast and latte. The staff at this Dunks always go above and beyond 😎

no iced green tea.
out of many items where they shouldn't be.
2 cars in drive thru took forever.
frozen Iced coffee is made individually in the pitchers but yet the whole machine is "being cleaned" at 630 with 1.5 hours till close..

booooo if there were another place closer if tell my wife to stop going here.... lucky you're the closest to her work..

Horrible just went in to get coffee and have to use the bathroom but no bathroom for paying customers I will never go back 2 bathrooms right in the waiting area just paid for my coffee and was refused to use the bathroom should have went on the floor

Just went to this place ordered 3 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches 2 coffees totally wrong both sandwiches were burned, the service was super slow…

Nothing like the young so-called worker shutting down 45 minutes early in the lobby, forcing me to bring my truck that doesn't really fit that well through the drive-thru. Some people work third shift, once again Dunkin donuts you places have lost your touch with the people that have kept you in

Came through the drive thru today and the young lady working the register I believe her name was Audrey was very friendly and personable, I usually don’t come to this location but I will from now on, I’d rather drive the extra few minutes to get my order correct and served with a smile.

My food and drink were prepared perfectly and unfortunately I don't know the staff members' name but she was very kind to me. I would like to remind everyone that as a fast paced environment the staff do what they can when they can so please be considerate, respectful, and patient. They are people too.
