Nothing like the young so-called worker shutting down 45 minutes early in the lobby, forcing me to bring my truck that doesn't really fit that well through the drive-thru. Some people work third shift, once again Dunkin donuts you places have lost your touch with the people that have kept you in

Came through the drive thru today and the young lady working the register I believe her name was Audrey was very friendly and personable, I usually don’t come to this location but I will from now on, I’d rather drive the extra few minutes to get my order correct and served with a smile.

My food and drink were prepared perfectly and unfortunately I don't know the staff members' name but she was very kind to me. I would like to remind everyone that as a fast paced environment the staff do what they can when they can so please be considerate, respectful, and patient. They are people too.

staff rushed my friend and i after i told her i wasn’t done ordering, then was missing the protein on the breakfast sandwich. she asked to see it claiming she put “more than normal” showed her, there was nothing there and her response was “i’m not remaking it”. the lady was rude and in the wrong, but her pride got in the way cause apparently bacon comes directly out of her paycheck when she never put any on in the first place

I was in earlier today with my daughter . This was by far one of the best Dunkin Donuts we have been to in a long time ! Quick service, friendly staff and our coffees were made perfect! We will definitely be coming to this location from here on out .
Great dunkins! They have quick service time all the time now and always a friendly face and a thank you. That place needed new management. I'm glad they got a new manager!

I placed an order ahead on my Dunkin App, and when I arrived my order wasn’t even started yet, the barista looked confused said they had a problem with their computer so I patiently waited for my order of 5 bags of coffee and some donutsThe employees were polite but I feel they require more training and skills!

Nice variety of beverages, coffee is top on the list, no dunkachino, though. Donuts are fresh & tasty.Kid-friendliness: I like that donut holes are available, especially for children, they're the perfect size.

Would give a lower rating but can't. This is the third time I've ordered WAY ahead of time for two coffees and two sandwiches. waited 15 minutes on a Sunday afternoon at 3:50pm, not even a busy time. Saw maybe two people show up. Do better.
