Waited in the drive-through for over 17 minutes to get to the front to pay for my food to have the girl that works to drive to Nem Juliana take my money a $50 bill go to the bank and then come back and say they don’t have change and because they don’t have change that I need to go somewhere else and come back to pay in order to get my order

Honestly shocked at how rude staff is when they are the ones constantly messing up orders/ missing items. It takes no effort to be kind, and this dunkins seems to run on bad attitudes and stinginess with filling up their coffee all the way 🙄😒

Stopped by this Dunkin' today, and honestly, it was a frustrating experience. I ordered my drinks with no ice, but they messed them up three times. The first two drinks were completely wrong, but they filled the cup to the brim. I figured maybe a different person would get it right the third time, but nope. They didn’t even bother to fill the cup this time, claiming it’s “how management wants it.” I even offered to pay extra to have it filled properly, but they refused and said they wouldn’t remake it again. Really disappointing customer service.

The worker who made my food had a very bad attitude. She barely put bacon on the two avocado toasts I ordered. When her manager brought it to her and told her to use the spoon for proper measurement, she proceeded to use their finger to add almost no more bacon. Businesses need to provide the product(s) they advertise properly and give customers the quality in which they paid for. I'm thoroughly disgusted. And it's always this same Dunkin Donuts!

honestly this location I feel keeps it from getting to busy, although I'm sure it happens there great tho I left my wallet there and was able to get it the next day. also open surprisingly late. I was aware this dunks was open so late😁

Just went through the drive through with a coworker of mine, and young lady and man answered at the same time, no issue with that but when it came to repeating our orders they won’t patient enough to read it back. Was told with an attitude to pull up at the window in which we did. Their was a short lady whom presumably look “Hispanic “ with black hair and in a red shirt that was extremely rude and yelling at us while we were trying to make sure our Oder was right due to the negative energy we received. I WILL, I REPEAT WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. FO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve lived on the area for almost 3 years now. Hands down the best dunks in the city. I drive across the entire city to come to this dunks daily’s. There are 3 within walking distance of my house. Yet I drive across town to go here instead. The coffee is always amazing and exactly how it should be.
