That's the rudest most passive aggressive I have ever been witness to. What a jerk. Hey just maybe get a different job. I worked in food service for a good decade had some pretty hard times in my life. Don't take your frustrations out on me and especially not my sandwich. I am not the source of your anger. Rude and then Slamming stuff around, management pretended she wasn't? Was worried that she would contaminate my food on purpose cause I was an evil customer maybe? I was going to just leave my sandwich on the counter and tell her to get a new job. Waited at counter for about 5 minutes before someone took my order. Rang it up wrong so I paid more instead of getting discount on sandwich. Burnt croissant and never got coffee. After everyone else got coffee I asked where is mine and they finally made it as I Waited more. Cashier never looked at me the whole time and how do you serve someone a Burnt sandwich? Didn't notice till I got on the road..never coming back.

Gave me the wrong order charged me for that order and then finally got it right after 5 minutes (plain bagel toasted with cream cheese). But it was fresh and delicious.

Today I went inside to order and There was a worker she was a fat Hispanic girl big earrings screaming and swearing trying to fight another worker. It made me uncomfortable because this isn’t the first time that I’ve now witnessed her being rude to a worker or customer. Everytime I go and this woman’s there there’s a problem with her.

I was there inside ordering a donut when out of nowhere this big Spanish lady wearing a gray shirt with a high ponytail was fighting with a coworker and I heard her threaten violence and saw the gray shirt hit the other worker on purpose with a bag

Everytime I go it’s the same 4 workers. Though they are overly nice and professional I can’t help but feel bad. They always seem stressed. It’s a busy location and they are definitely overworked and underpaid! Would also like to see more of a variety with donutsVegetarian options: Why don’t they have veggy burgers.

Super nasty when you attempt to order non dairy products now they claim it can cause allergies. Im lactose intolerant hence the need for non dairy products. They laugh on the phone when you try to call and hang up instead of answering. Gotten a frozen oat milk coffee for over a year and all of a sudden non dairy products are an issue for them. Don't advertise non-dairy if you cant provide it, also rude to laugh at customers who genuinely cannot have milk. Ill find a new coffee place that doesnt insist on milk only products.Dietary restrictions: They refuse to serve non dairy products becauseother people are supposedly allergic to non dairy.

3.7 rating and will continue to drop. Let's face it none of you corporations care about your customers anymore, it's flat-out obvious. Stop charging me for things I don't get in my order that I'm supposed to get. Also, I should not have to ask for a receipt every time I buy something. Between lazy employees and careless corporations, most of you places that have been around for a while or about to disappear completely. As if your food is worth it anyway, which makes it easier to walk away.

Incredibly slow and the employees seemed indifferent to the line and delays. They laughed and joked and had zero sense of urgency. I will never grace this location again

NO STARS !' Unbelievable that I watched a lady grab cash from a customer in drive through window & tho go touch food with the same dam gloves that was just counting & touching money , both cash bills & change ! We know the amount of germs that are on money & here she is touching food with the same gloves , this happened on 1/18/23 at around 10 am , they need to go back & look at the cameras & see who did this & relive her of her duties , this is unacceptable on so many levels !! Action needs to be taking over this !! This I know because I was the customer & didn't have time to ask for her to remake my food , I literally threw it in the trash ! No happy Dunkin donuts !!!

Worst Dunkin' I have EVER been to. Employees were so rude and they just stand around laughing and talking to another. Manager just laughs along with them.

The staff that works at this location is excellent. My orders are always correct and delivered in a timely manner. Even when I had issues with my mobile order, they worked to make things right. I can’t praise them enough.
