Espresso Pizza & Eatery II

If I could rate this place on the negative for food quality I would. The meatball sub didnt even contain full meatballs. Half of a sub had less than one meatball in it. The sauce is a terrible sugar sauce and a poor excuse for marinara. The chicken tenders were more dry than a baseball mitt. I can with 100% certainty promise you gas station sandwiches are a better option than this. Even 7-11 has higher quality food. Youve been warned

I get from Espressos in Leominster almost biweekly and have never had an experience like tonight. I ordered a small cheese pizza extra sauce and extra cheese. When my order came the pizza wasn’t cut and the cheese was slightly running over. I called and spoke to a supervisor-Juan and he said he’d make me a new pizza but I had to give the old one back to the delivery driver(not a big deal because I didn’t want it anyways). I waited 45 mins for the replacement pizza and when it arrived it looked WORSE than the original pizza. It was so bad that when I opened the box, the delivery driver said “oof”. When I tried explaining to the delivery driver that the pizza looked worse, he kept saying “no English”. I told him it was fine and I’d call the store. I called and spoke to Juan again and told him the dilemma. Juan then proceeds to tell me “if you want extra sauce and extra cheese you need to learn that’s how your pizza will arrive through delivery, Pick up your pizza if you don’t want it to look like that”. Mind you I am a frequent flyer at Espressos and have never had an extra sauce/cheese pizza look this way by delivery. When I told Juan I didn’t want this pizza either he said “I’m not doing anything else for you I already made you two pizzas.” I told him I’d drive the pizza back and I wanted a refund. He said that was fine and we hung up. After a minute I thought I can just go pick up the pizza like he said earlier if I want it done right and give him the second one. I called back and Juan told me “I’m not making anything for you, we are closed.”
Here I am writing this at 9:51 and this happened ten minutes ago. THEY'RE OPEN UNTIL 10. I have never experienced this at Espressos and I’m highly disappointed.

I don’t know if it’s just this location but I grew up on the Fitchburg location one but I’ve been sick off the pizza, I’ve received little meat in a steak and cheese with mostly bread. I’ve seen a bunch of Spanish guys in control of the store hanging out with their friends in the dining area while not working. Clearly this group of people running this store do not care. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Parking: There are plenty of parking spots. Just make sure you park in the expresso Parking spots don't take up other spots

Great food that is always made fresh to order and their prices are the cheapest in town. I have been to the Fitchburg location and this one is just as good. Been a long time customer for more than 20 years.

First experience eating here loved the pizza. The pizza dough is very filling I bought a large pizza and it was hard to stop eating it. About half way I was full. The crust is really fluffy and delicious and the sauce and cheese is perfect on the pizza. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

Ordered a large meatball sub and an Italian sub. The meatball sub was paper thin, maybe 3 meatballs on it cut up. The Italian had 2 pieces of meat on it. Two of the most pathetic subs I have ever seen.

Expresso has the Best Pizza in Leominster. Staff is very polite and food is delecious. Thanks Expresso for great meals and service. Kathy & Chip. 3/16/24.
