I just watched the older gentleman that appears to own this establishment, or he's at least a supervisor.. climb up on the restaurant table with his sticky shoes, to hang a sign above the table, climb back down, and walk away. No one cleaned the table!! That's disgusting!!

My boyfriend and I came here for ice cream and were made to wait along with another party of 2 for a ridiculous amount of time. A member of the waitstaff told us she’d “be right with us” but then went to take someone else’s order at another table and continued to work in the back rather than seating us. Another waitress asked if we were being helped, but the first waitress told her, “I’m already taking care of it!” which she absolutely was not. We ended up leaving. The restaurant was not very crowded and this was completely unacceptable. At no other Friendly’s have we ever had to wait that long to be seated or been met with such incompetence. We will not be returning to this location.

Went in with my kids this past Saturday for lunch and I was absolutely disgusted. I could hear the waitresses swearing and talking about other employees. The girl with the blackish hair and tattoos waited on us and her attitude was just awful. This isn't the first time I've had this experience with her either. She's always rude and clearly hates her job

Everyone was so very nice and we got seated right away..the only thing I question is the macaroni and cheese on the hamburger it tasted like it was microwaved but everything else was delicious .
Visited Leominster location! Enjoyed a nice brunch! The waitress made for a wonderful dining experience. Will definitely be back again

My Family and I were waiting to be seated for 5-8 minutes!. They fix everything with “I’m sorry!”. The place was not even busy!!!!. I definitely won’t eat here again!. The food is not like other Friendlys I’ve visited before!.
