I was driving this morning to a craft fair in Ashburnham and googled Diners on my way. I found this gem and I am SO happy I did! Gene and Steve are the sweetest and their staff is so nice too! I had their open face breakfast sandwich and it was perfect. Then I got convinced to purchase a lemon square to go and it was BY FAR the best lemon square I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely come here again when I’m in the area!

Super cute place and the friendliest staff! They went above and beyond. They made sure the coffee cups remained full and had coloring and foam airplanes for kids. Such a unique touch!

Airport Diner is a great place to go for breakfast. It’s serves up your typical diner food. I had the Eggs Benedict with sausage. Eggs were poached almost perfect, the homefries were mushy and a disappointment. Coffee was hot, service was spot on.

When I was taking flight lessons, I’d stop in after my flight for a good hearty breakfast. That was 20+ years ago (how did that happen??!) .. after many years, I stopped in on 8/17/24, and was glad to see the restaurant is just a wonderful as ever- good food, service, atmosphere. . Gene even recognized me after all this time- it was nice seeing you!! .. I look forward to stopping in soon again.

Awesome little dinner, excellent food and awesome service. Cash only though, but they have an ATM inside so not an issue at all.
Kid-friendliness: Crayons and paper to color on and they gave my daughter a glider air plane(airport diner so super cute thing for them to do)

Pro's:
Place is quaint, appears very clean, & staff is very friendly!
Food was very good, eggs were cooked perfect, pancakes were a little overcooked but yet very tasty.
Con's:
Unless I missed it on their web site, I didn't know until I was seated that it's "cash only", thankfully I had cash on me.
Compaired to other places I've gone to servings were small. I ate everything on my plate, which I've never been able to finish.
Lastly & word to the wise, prices seemed reasonable. However, be aware if you order "anything extra" it's going to add a lot more to the bill. For eggs, tiny pancakes, home fries, & meat it cost more than I've ever spent for breakfast!

The experience of receiving 5 stars from me is indeed challenging, yet this Diner absolutely deserves it and more. It is highly recommended that anyone in the area or simply passing by should stop by to take a seat and enjoy their meal. The owners and staff are outstanding and enjoyable to converse with. This was an exceptional experience for my wife and myself. Despite what some may say, the food was excellent. However, nothing can be truly assured until we taste it ourselves. May God bless this restaurant and its employees.

Loved it! Excellent food and even better service, super friendly staff. Really appreciated the extra touches, like Mickey pancakes for my son, and extra touches to the toast. They were very welcoming and accommodating. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.
