I used to love this gourmet donuts but ever since a couple of staff left years ago it is went completely downhill I feel like the girls that work there now are super disrespectful and then when I go to fix the coffee that they messed up they always have an attitude about fixing what they messed up when somebody asks for a coffee a certain way and make it that way you're not even making it the regular way right I so wish the other girls were there still they were absolutely amazing friendly and just went above and beyond for their customers

I knew so many of my professors and classmates from college getting coffee here and it always peaked my interest. I finally went and understood the hype. I got one of their iced coffees and a donut to try. I am impressed with their extensive list of coffee flavors and I can see that you really can't just go once cause choosing the flavors was so hard to choose. The donut was good — also had an interesting selection to try! If you are ever in the area and need a quick pick-me-up, this is a great place!

I used to love their donuts and probably still would but when you order a Boston cream filled donut with powdered sugar on the outside and they give you lemon filled or whipped cream donut instead, not good. I even confirmed when they handed me the bag and they said yes these are Boston cream filled.

I’ve been at this place couple times the service been 50-50 the food OK but today was not good. The bacon was not fully cooked and they only put a little bit. I’m not a little boy. I’m a man. JUST SLOPPY! I will never come to this place again. I’d rather go to John Fish highway. I did not finish my food the bread had a sour taste to it.

I’m wondering in what world, where you think it’s a fireable offense, to fire an employee when she was attacked while at work and had a coffee thrown at her, where she said out loud she did not want to serve her because she knew she was up to something. She kept it professional and served her. 10 years of working at your place of business, you ONE made her finish her shift in wet clothes, which is against so so so many laws and rules, THEN fire her for the events of what happened. From my understanding in the ten years she’s worked here, NOT ONE WARNING of drama or anything along those lines were ever given to this employee, and if you did, unless you made a journal entry or documented it…. Without proper representation you are not permitted to fire her on those grounds . Again, a big no no and it’s clear she was fired for personal reasons. AND to fire her right before the holidays also…. I’m at a loss of words of how you handled this situation and for her I’m going to dig and research with my lawyer friends and see what can be done.
