I the heart of mass you would expect it to hard to find an NY game on but the yankees were rocking HR and then we change over to the Rangers game. Now I'm not a rangers fan but it's the cup. The good was awesome and cheap and the the bartender was awesome! Teally appreciated the artwork at the bar and they have outdoor seating with heaters :)

By far the worst restaurant I've ever ate at. The one star is for the service. They were great! The food was absolutely gross. One of the five meals was eaten and it was a plain chicken and cheese quesadilla with fries. Three of the meals were not eaten and the last meal was sent back. If you want great service and kind staff, with s*** food, go here!

I want to begin by saying that I genuinely liked this place for what it was but I don't think it's a great fit for me. My partner and I went to Happy Jack's to celebrate the end of a tough week. We ordered a couple margaritas, and the sampler platter. We noticed the place had some eclectic decor, and interesting music playing. The overall vibe we got was that the people running this place have in mind the ultimate hang out spot for all their pals, and they play the exact music they like. I get it's a bit of a chill vibe, and it's all about reggae and ska, feel good music and what not, but I don't think anyone would go their for the ambience. The drinks were strong, and not bad, but it felt like one of those local spots that offers a very heavy pour to everyone; I get some people like that, and that's perfectly fine, but when it comes to margaritas I like a little more balance. As for the food, the sampler was great, though not super memorable: the taquitos were good, the loaded fries were great, but the stand out for me was the spicy boneless chicken which was very spicy but delicious. My partner got a salad with her meal, and she said it tasted a little funky, maybe old greens? Hard to say. I ate half of it and it tasted like a pretty bland salad to me. I got the border enchiladas, which were fine, and my partner got the buffalo macaroni and cheese, which was surprisingly good. I can't complain about our server, she seemed very busy, which makes sense given the times, but she was friendly enough. In summary, it seems like a local hang out spot, so if you like that vibe and a TGIFridays kind of restaurant this is probably for you.

Good was way overpriced for quality and to top it off there was an extra guest nearby…a MOUSE!! When we told waitress she kind of brushed it off saying she’ll tell manager but no one came over to ask about it. I got kind of grossed out because it didn’t look that clean to begin with and there were only a few cars in parking lot. Lesson learned…we paid bill and left never again!!

Owner must of listened to recent reviews. Out for a drive 30 min from home, decided on Happy Jack's out of all family restaurants on list.Atmosphere was well, comfortable seating. Waiter was pleasant and there when needed.Child's menu cheese fajita was good. (Daddy tried) came with large FRESH broccoli (cooked perfect, soft with little bit of crunch) . Mom and Dad ordered Fajitas. Great portions, fresh cooked, presented well. Mom said too many onions, not being a Mexican fan Dad says could of been more meat, But was delicious. One fork was completely dirty, (I always look first)Overall good experience. This family will be back.

Happy Jacks used to be a decent place. Unfortunately it has become the local hang out and dive bar. Very uninviting staff that makes you feel as if you are bothering them by dining there.Food is still good, unfortunately like many other places the service is extremely sub par. I refuse to pay the increase in prices across the board at any restaurant that cannot at least provide basic service with a smile.As for the last visit, the place was at about 25% capacity. Very slow for a Saturday evening. Waiting 10 minutes to simply place a drink order is absurd. Placed order and meal is brought out by expediter as the wait staff was too busy doing whatever else on such a slow night. The salad that come with the meal had to be asked for AFTER the meal was set on the table. I sent it back as I had no desire for the salad at this point. Other meal was supposed to have mushrooms which it did not. It was taken back to only be returned with half cooked mushrooms. This was sent back and not paid for.$40.00 for buffalo mac & cheese (minus the salad that was sent back) and two drinks with some of the worst service I have experienced in a sit down restaurant. I would rather have sub par food and excellent service. When will places realize they have no customers because NOBODY can train ANYBODY to have common decency and simply be polite!Save your money and go to Chic Filet, at least they don't make you feel like you are bothering them by entering their establishment to spend your hard earned money.

Upon arrival, we were neither greeted warmly nor even given a “hello” - we were immediately told that if we wanted to stay, it was at least 20-30 minutes before we would be approached by a waitress as they only had 2 servers. Being a nurse, I’m a patient person and opted to wait and verbalized this to the hostess who literally just turned her back to us and didn’t even bring us to a seat…we were forced to choose our own booth…what?!?! So, after my ten hours of working, caring for ill patients all day, my husband’s 8 hour work day as a roofer, and my son’s 10 hours working for UPS, we seated ourselves and my husband went to the bar to order (and promptly pay for) two margaritas and a coke for our son. The bartender stood there and argued with him about the issue of possible confusion over the checks and not able to “serve” more than one drink to one person EVEN though SHE KNEW HE WAS ORDERING FOR OUR TABLE!! When looking at the Facebook page this evening, it INVITED PEOPLE TO THE ESTABLISHMENT!! I am shocked at the behavior and attitude of both the hostess and bartender this evening and want to say that Eman is an AMAZING waitress who was both attentive and gracious, and she apologized repeatedly for the behavior of her co-workers. She should be commended for her commitment and dedication to her job and the hard-working patrons of the establishment.
It was ok. It was a comfortable dining space. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was fair. They had good chips and salsa. I got the appetizer sampler, I wouldn't get that or any of the apps on it again. I got a burger, probably wouldn't get that again, either. I'd likely just visit to get a beer in a can or a bottle and maybe have some chips and salsa.

we went to Happy Jack's in leominster about 3:00 on Sunday the 2nd of January the service was horrible we sat there for 20 minutes before anybody even walked over it wasn't crowded the Frozen mudslide didn't have any booze in it we ordered seafood casserole when it came it was way overcooked rub very rubbery I told the bartender and share and we ordered brussel sprouts where did broccoli came she snatched the broccoli off the dish put it on a dirty plate brought it back into the kitchen we would just take him back by all that so before the seafood came back we told her we didn't want it we wanted to just take it off the bill and then when she went back into the kitchen we saw all the wait staff was looking at us and laughing so naturally if you did bring the food back would probably be a little afraid to eat it and when we when we checked out and everything there was four or five employees waste staff sitting there gawking and chuckling and laughing it was very unpleasant and I will tell him any of my friends not to go there and I hope that it changes

I use to eat there a lot...but 2 bad experiences. 1. They give me a chocolate cake with extra cream to covered the mold. 2. Recently i went there and the food tasted horribly. The fries tasted like bad oil, and the fish like eating a carpet. No seasoning, nothing.
