This cake was ordered from my boyfriend for my birthday and when I saw it, I really couldn’t believe it that it was from this place because I have order here previously and I’ve got spectacular cakes. I really enjoy puzzles and he showed an example how he wanted The cake toward disappointment we had this cake that looks like a 10-year-old did it in the back of the bakery. This is supposed to be puzzles on the cake for decoration and she or whoever did a birthday cake on top of a birthday cake this was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen in my life!. I will not purchase from you again.

I went to Joyce bakery today to get a cake that I had requested for it to be customized for one of my family members. The pictures that you see one of them is off Google of the cake decoration that I wanted and the one that looks hideous is the one that I got! This was a $45 cake. Joyce herself was the one that presented me this cake. She owns this business and it’s ridiculous that she would let A customer be unsatisfied with the cake. I had no words when she opened up the box She obviously could tell that I was upset the only Thing she said to me was I’m just a baker. I’m a not the decorator. She didn’t even apologize for this inconvenience. This was a hideous cake! I had no choice, but to buy it because I really needed a cake at that moment for a party and it was embarrassing to bring it to the party I was throwing. I ended up texting the decorator herself of how I felt about the cake, and there was no response that she gave me. She read my messages and never responded. They have lost A customer and they’re gonna keep losing more if Joyce doesn’t care about what kind of decorator she hires! If I could give this a no star review and still post that I would. I hate the fact that I still have to give her a one star Review! Joyce, you are ridiculous and you knew the cake was not pleasant to my satisfaction Nice business you’re running without Even caring about The customer, but you had no problem taking my card!

Got a banana cream pie and it is just whipped cream notes in it. Was very disappointed with it. I will never go there again. If I wanted whipped cream I would have gone and got a can of whipped cream. Very shitty pie. Never again. They need to put some real filling in the pie

Our cake was perfect! Just what we wanted and it tasted delicious. We added the cake topper ourselves to finish it off. My daughter was smiling ear to ear when she saw her cake. Thanks so much for getting it done on short notice too. I would definitely order another cake here, and I would also recommend it to my friends .

I wanted to come on here and write a review and send a special shout out to Joyce specifically Saturday my sister and I had a huge suprise 50th party for our mother and we had my sisters mother in law pick up the cake unfortunately when she was walking out she slipped fell and her whole fist went threw the top of the cake! Now if you know us and our family we have no luck so this made perfect since to happen lol!! Well she brought it in to Joyce in tears she felt so guilty and Joyce literally worked her magic free of charge and fixed it with in 40 mins! It wasn't the exact same but for her to do that in the amount of time she did and for no one to even notice that it happend is absolutely amazing in my opinion. I highly recommend them. Very caring people and get back to you write away!! We can't thank you enough Joyce for everything and making our mothers day with her beautiful cake!!

They did amazing jobs for my kids' birthday cakes and cupcakes! Did a Mario theme for 2 of my kids, which came out perfect. And a horse theme for my other child and that horse cake was ADORABLE. Oh, and everything is super delicious, of course.

We ordered our wedding cake through Joyce and omg- it was such a hit. The guests were absolutely loving our lemon and buttercream cake. Not only did it taste wonderful, Joyce decorated the cake with homemade snowflakes, flowers and a cake topper, so beautifully for us. Will be getting our anniversary cakes through here for the rest of time!
Joyce’s made the cutest kitty cake for my friends birthday not only was it adorable and looked like her kitty’s, it tasted delicious

Unfortunately the worst key lime pie on earth, in fact I’d just call it green pie. It wasn’t key lime at all! It’s just a gelatin green pie that tastes like whipped cream and poorly adjusted lime juice. But the guy helped me in the final hour and did it like a champ and was super nice so instead of 1 star I’ll give 2, seriously their reputation has to be better than their pies. But seriously, don’t ever order a key lime pie from here, order whatever the 5 star reviewers are ordering because they must actually taste good!

I just attended my Great Nephew's 3rd birthday party and had THE BEST cake I have ever had. The cake was moist and delicious. The frosting was amazing. This bakery is a must for cakes for all occasions.
