The service here at this particular McDonald's is very good. I've never had an incident of rudeness of any sort ever at this McDonald's. The staff is polite.

They have a couple people that don't speak English very well after a few failed attempts the person I was trying to communicate with would be on to someone else who still didn't understand what I said) I only got part of my order but I did get someone who can speak English at the window after the fact

Warning, especially for small children. We would not recommend chicken nuggets from here. They now have good size bones in it & sadly there's nothing they can or will do about it. There's been other people before us that have had encountered the same situation. The cashier stated that unfortunately it is from the company where they order from & have no control of it. No refund or nothing will be given except for the fact that the cashier will let management know. Management is very well aware of the chicken nugget situation. If ordering any chicken nuggets from here, one must be very careful no matter the age. Unless something severe happens then seek professional help & or see an attorney. Best of luck to other chicken nugget lovers like us. We'll never order that from here again.

Extremely annoyed and aggravated because I have had issues multiple times with this location during breakfast. Breakfast ends at 10:30 and I would place my mobile order between 10-10:15 and once i arrive (usually at 10:34 or something) they tell me that they can’t make my order because breakfast is over even though I always place my order before breakfast ended. On the app once you drive up and tell them your order number the app automatically thinks you got your order so it’s impossible to get your money back so I’m just out the money. This has happened multiple times. Whenever they tell me they can’t make it they never offer me anything else to replace it. If an order is placed while breakfast is going you should complete that order.

I think I need to stop coming here because every single time I do, either there’s missing items from my order or my order is completely wrong.
Manger who was on tonight was extremely rude i had to being my food in because i was missing 3 sandwiches and 2 nuggets and i go in and they try taking my other bag and i go i paid for those too and she didn’t like my tone and grabbed it and “goes leave” i said no i paid for my food im gonna have it otherwise you can give me my money back cus i did a mobile order” she then said she wasn’t going to do either till i threatened with cops

The manager Mike or Mark is the worst….zero customer service/people skills. I understand issues happen but making it seem like a customer is asking for too much when all they want is the issue resolved is wild.

I’ve had repeated issues with this McDonald’s location. Almost every time I place an order, something ends up being incorrect. One ongoing frustration is that I always order a plain hamburger for my daughter, and somehow, they can never get something as simple as that right. It’s a basic request, yet more often than not, the burger comes with toppings we specifically asked to leave off. On top of that, communication can be difficult, as many of the employees don’t speak English fluently, which makes resolving these issues even more frustrating. I hope the management steps in to improve order accuracy and ensure staff can effectively communicate with customers, because my experiences at this location have been consistently disappointing.

As far as McDonald's go, this one is pretty good with nice staff, very clean and the food was actually warm in comparison to others I've been too, but is McDonald's so just like the usual.
