This is the PINNACLE of McDonald’s restaurants in Massachusetts. ALWAYS professional, respectful and prompt. Most of their workers are Spanish, BUT CERTAINLY is not an issue, they speak English perfectly or well enough to do excellent business. It’s clear they work as a TEAM. The McDonald’s at the Leominster Mall - my wife always has a bad experience (she isn’t Spanish nor can she understand it) and she is always cussed at in Spanish when she orders.
This Restaurant (Leominster next to Wal Mart) is hands down the best. The Workers that were working today 1/15/25 were EXCELLENT: SABAH (working the front counter) , KARMEN AND JESSICA (Managers I think), and ALL of the workers working out back, especially MELISSA who made my Burger (that was particularly specific, but not too crazy complicated) - the burger was on point - Perfect. Thank You Alll.

Food and staff are great. The manager there has awesome communication with her staff. She is definitely a boss I could work for. Very respectful towards her employees and customers. Always has a happy and energetic attitude that shines bright. Huge plus because I love to request visits at places like this. Her and her staff are very polite. Food is always on key. Never had any mistakes made. Definitely one of the few places I can sit and eat WITHOUT pulling up a bunch to make sure it was made right.

You can actually walk in, stand there 5 minutes before someone takes your order at the counter and I saw at least 2 just jabbering away. Too much money for low quality food and service.

Thanks for including a sticker on my spicy chicken sandwich. Do better.
Why every time when's it's absolutely not busy and i mean we are only car in drive through and theres no cars parked, we have to pull to the side? Also why are orders never correct. At one point statistically you think they would ever get it right. They literally are a wonder to mathetimatical statistics of always messing up and food tasting like they just sat it out to dry. The cheese on the burger was crusty like it broke off in chalky pieces and the egg was chalky. What the heck, you people find it is sanitary to serve chalky and dried dairy and egg products? Everyone of our neighbors are right, you avoid this mcdonalds location. It clearly doesn't have a manager or any form of supervision.

This place was very clean but one of the orders did not have any veggies as asked for. The place was indeed VERY busy, at the time. I have always enjoyed my experience, so please do not avoid it due to this. Please give it a try as the food is ALWAYS good. 4/5! Good on cleanliness, good workers even in chaos.

I have always had high expectations of McDonald's, but this time my food was cold. I ordered food for my daughters, the fries and the chicken pieces were cold. I didn't really complain about this to the employee, I just let them know that my fries were cold and they never came with hot ones. Because the staff was more focused on their own gossip than on serving hot food…

I ordered a McChicken ADD cheese, ketchup,pickle & bacon no mayo small meal deal. I got ONLY cheese, ketchup, pickle & bacon on the chicken. I got the nuggets but not the sauce. My fries weren't in the bag. My drink was a small lemonade sweet tea mix with a lemon in it. That was good and accurate. I also ordered 2 cookies which was also accurate amd tasty. Normally I wouldn't even sweat it, however being an over the road truck driver there aren't many places we can park to get food. When there is a good place that's NOT Subway or Arby's I stop and order. We also don't have a bunch of time to get everything done in a 30 min Break. So if I stop to fuel, clean my windows, use the restroom, grab a box of smokes, a snack and food I'm trying to be in and out to respect the next driver behind me and their time. It's helpful for me to use the app and place my order so i can just grab it and go when I'm ready to jump back in the truck. It's very annoying to get in the truck and take off only to realize your food isn't correct or you're missing stuff. It's not like I'm in a car where I can just turn around and come back. I'm on a time schedule and now a quick stop turned into me being dissatisfied. I called to speak with someone, it just rang. The restaurant was clean and the workers were nice but paying attention to detail and accuracy was why the low score.
