So dirty inside! All the tables had either drinks spilled, ketchup splattered or crumbs all over. Floors were sticky also. I sat down in their dining room to eat, and the table i was sitting at, I had to clean with napkins. Everything just grossed me out. There was so many of them in the kitchen, just standing and two employees also sitting down, in the dining area also, while they were on their phones. So it’s not like they were busy. I was the only customer in there for the whole half hour. At one point I needed ketchup, so I went up to the counter and asked the lady if I can have some ketchup. She handed me the container of where they store their ketchup and it was mostly empty and couldn’t help but notice how filthy the container was with crumbs all over. It just looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. This is the same ketchup that they are putting in bags with food! They were also leaking? All the packets I got had dried ketchup stuck on them. I didn’t even bother using them. Disgusting! I’ve been at other McDonald’s where it was spotless and you could eat off the floor! Definitely not this one. Avoid it if you can!

For $3, I bought an ice cream cone. It was extremely small, barely 3 bites. Extremely disappointed and will not go back.

For starters, this has happened twice with the same woman… could not even understand the woman running the drive thru was saying… mumbling, talking too fast, and wasn’t even close to speaking clearly. she was a hispanic woman, which is fine, but i could not understand a SINGLE thing she said through the mic... I repeated everything i ordered as i couldn’t understand her… I confirmed on the screen. And it was still wrong, Asked for no mayo, as i have an allergy to it. which i also stated , and still got it on BOTH my mcchickens… Maybe put somebody who can speak fluent english, or is atleast understandable or wombody who is bi-lingual…. As a paying customer anywhere, you should get as you ask…. and it’s frustrating because this has happened twice at this location to me. and i won’t go back to this location, which sucks cuz it’s conveniently on my way home from work….
Went there Sunday around 5 ordered the crispy chicken dinner .I got a dried up piece of chicken with 1 pickle it was horrible.If I wasn't running late would have taken it back never go there again.

Incredible service! I stopped by today between 6:30 and 7, and the drive-thru staff—especially the young man helping me was so kind and polite. He truly went above and beyond, and honestly deserves a raise. Everything was great from start to finish. This is officially my favorite McDonald’s location. I’ll definitely be coming back often!
