Welcome to Moe's. This location has never let me down.
The chicken was so over cooked it was gross... last time the salsa was empty and tasted wrotten... only this location is where I have issues with
It's not the worst. It's a 50/50 whether it's good or not, but when it's not it's not BAD, just not worth the price. Half the time there's no tofu. Half the time the chips are under or over cooked. Half the time they burn the cheese on the stack. Half the time the smallest possible portion of guac is given. Last time I went, there was only three people (including me) in line plus what looked like one online order, and they still gave me someone else's burrito. The scanner has been broken for literal years at this point and you have to give them your phone number for the rewards or scan your receipt when they're feeling extra lazy or busy.
For $13 there's just so many other options without the risk of getting a subpar item.

I walked in at 8:24pm 2 men were in there cleaning. The moment I step foot in there they rudely yelled out “we’re closed” I didn’t even get a chance to walk in. It felt like I did something wrong the way they yelled at me. I said sorry and walked out just to Google the store hours and it says closing at 9pm! It was only 8:24 so I’m confused 🤔

Usually does not honor coupons or the app. Employees could care less and barely paying attention. One person constantly calls you “hun” and “sweetheart” which is incredibly condescending.
