Very impressed with this place after one lunch visit and hope to weigh in again after trying more. It's a simple, order-over-the-counter place, but they've got plenty of tables, they offer slices and at very reasonable prices, and they're large and delicious. Thin, slightly floppy* crust with nice chewiness and flavor, along with a fairly even ratio of rich tart tomato and cheese. Oh, and friendly people behind the counter. What's not to like? *What is it with Portnoy and floppy pizza? It's supposed to be floppy.

I Ordered online & the extra .75 cent sauces... these sauces never received them got charged for them though. Lady I spoke to before she rudley put the manager on the phone was mad. Which not quite sure why ? Wasn't her order or food for her to eat. Food wasn't hot at all slightly luke warm. Manager said to ask for free sauces next time. Doesn't help me for what I paid for today. Also got told there's no pesto sauce but a button to be charger for some though ? Don't want the free sauces bc the attitudes, how it was handled & food not even hot don't think I'd order from them again. ? along with having to heat up the food to be able to enjoy is beyond me. All I wanted was my sauces or a refund & got no where. Good luck wouldn't order again or refer anyone too.

A bit overdone for my liking. Very disappointed I’ve had the pizza once before, and absolutely loved it I won a Super Bowl bet and my reward was to get a pizza from New York Pizza so excited, and then was very disappointed to receive an over cooked pizza. Ordered 2/17/24 a 3 way

I don't know why I kept trying this place. It's gone through several owners. It was ok, then good, then bad, then ok. Right now the food is ok. The service is horrendous. Last time I ordered food for delivery the guy called me when he arrived instead of ringing the doorbell. I told him to ring the bell and I'd buzz him in. He didn't but I buzzed anyways. After a few minutes I called him back to see if he got lost and he yelled at me because he was parked in the street. My building has 2 parking lots. I told him to park in one of them and ring the bell and come up. He finally did after he yelled quite a bit and actually threw my food at me. I ended up with cold smashed food. I called the restaurant to complain and all the manager did was say, 'ok'. I said it was definitely not ok. Worst service ever!!!

I called and placed my order over the phone the lady that took my order was very nice really polite really respectful really sweet woman I ordered a cheeseburger dinner with onion rings and a turkey sub for my son the gentleman came from in the back I never saw him wash his hands when into a mini refrigerator took out a burger patty put it on the grill opened up a bag of onion rings and just dipped his nasty hands in their took out a bunch of onion rings and threw them in the oil food safety love when you are working in an establishment like that you need to have gloves on when you're dealing with people's food and then when I asked him if he can give me fresh onion rings I did not want the ones that hetook out with his hands he told the young lady next time don't take my order so I asked him for a refund there was no way on God's green earth that I will ever go back to New York Pizza nasty establishment don't follow food safety protocol it's gross and they're going to give somebody some kind of sickness or they're going to get somebody food poisoning cuz they're not washing their hands very nasty very very nasty I don't even want to give it a one star it don't even deserve that

Pizza here is DELICIOUS! Sad to say Wednesday night delivery person left it in the hallway of a 12 apt complex didn’t ring my bell and it sat there for 2hrs.
Just moved to Leominster from Worcester a couple months ago. Received a brochure in the mail for this pizza place.Didn’t feel like making anything this particular night so I ordered a Italian grinder. The woman answering the phones was really nice and took my order. I had it delivered and the delivery guy was nice as well! The Italian was toasted perfect with everything I had asked for including vinegar & oil!I was pleasantly surprised how good it was to be honest. I will definitely be ordering from there again! Thanks!

Consistently good thin crust pizza. Calzones are good, too, as well as turkey subs. Enjoyed their chicken tenders in the past. We keep returning for our favorites.Parking: Depends on how busy the surrounding businesses are. I haven't had to go elsewhere for parking yet, though the bank lot across the street is my backup.

Subs are absolutely phenomenal, the pizza is pretty good too. Only thing that would have made the fried shrimp plate better would have been a couple more ? maybe (but this is according to my ex girl friend, I don't eat seafood) However, I'm coming back in to redo this review because I had them at 4 stars because of her complaint. Her suggestion. Should've been 5 stars! I took a break from my usual chicken parm sub from here (you have to try it) to try an Italian dinner and boy oh boy was I happy I decided to try it. Very generous portions which is much appreciated and very fair prices. Absolutely DELICIOUS home made meatballs and home made sauce. The ziti was cooked perfectly. And the garlic bread was great. Me being Italian, I usually make my own because I'm often disappointed. I will for sure be trying more as they are now my spot for Italian if I dont feel like cooking as well as my chicken parm subs, chicken wings and occasionally a pizza!!! (The hamburg pizza from here is fantastic) All so, soo good! And I'd also like to add that the staff is all very pleasant and accommodating. They care about their customers satisfaction and that's very clear. Highly recommend this place!
