I had an amazing experience at Olive Garden thanks to our server, Michael. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. He checked in at the perfect times, kept our drinks filled, and made great recommendations that we ended up loving.
Michael’s energy and professionalism really stood out—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to get service that consistently great, and it definitely made our visit memorable.
If you’re dining at this Olive Garden, I highly recommend asking for Michael. He’s the kind of server that turns a normal meal into a great experience! Bottomless cheese!

Great first visit to this Olive Garden location! Sam was an awesome server, and the food was noticeably quicker to come out and nice and hot. I’d say the overall experience was better than the Worcester OG and the Solomon Pond Mall OG in the area. We can’t say enough good things about Sam, she was very attentive, good with allergies, and incredibly kind!

My husband and I came here for Veterans day around 3:30 pm (like we do every year, first time to this location) and I’d have to say it was the worst service we’ve ever received at an Olive Garden (and we love olive garden btw). Our waiter clearly had better places to be as he didn’t care and had a bad attitude.. he never even introduced himself. The food was okay, our bread sticks were definitely not cooked correctly as they slightly resembled Swiss cheese with all the holes in them. I’ve never seen anything like it. But back to the waiter, we were not offered cheese, which everyone knows is one of the best parts, no straw, and he rushed us to pay multiple times even though we were still waiting on food. There’s a few other things but this is a long post.. over all.. we will not be back to this location.

We arrived soon after the place opened, so seating was not a problem. The staff was friendly. We sat in a booth and our waitress arrived soon afterwards. We ordered our drinks and then our food. I had steak gorgonzola Alfredo. I found the cheese a little overpowering for my taste, bur still it was alright. The pasta wasn't overcooked nor was the steak. I enjoyed the salad and breadsticks too.

Food,never got that far. Service, yes I SHUT THE WATER OFF in the ladies room. It was running all over the foor. Atmosphere, I've had better experiences.
My family of six, including three kids, came here while on vacation to great wolf lodge. From the start, we tried to be kind and understanding. we told our waitress we were sorry if we’d be a bit of a handful since we had kids and that she would get a good tip for dealing with us.
Unfortunately, things went downhill quickly. We had to ask four different times for napkins before finally getting them. My daughter’s pasta came out with the wrong type of pasta, and the waitress gave us dirty looks throughout the meal. We were understandably frustrated, but we were never rude, disrespectful, or harassing in any way.
Then the waitress went to the back and told the female manager that we were going to “break her” and “make her cry.” The manager came out immediately with an attitude and treated us like we had done something wrong. We asked to speak with another manager, John, hoping for someone to understand us, but instead he accused us of harassing the waitress and argued with us for nearly 30 minutes.
My 15 year old daughter ended up having a panic attack and left in tears. My kids were upset and confused. This was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.
We came in polite and patient, and we were treated terribly. I truly wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. Pick another restaurant.

Waiter was on top of every single table in his section. Just the right amount of checking in and just the right amount of not bothering. Left a large tip. Will be going back to this location only.
