Was there at time of pickup. They didnt give me my food until I called 30 minutes later. My food was ice cold. I didnt tip when I placed the order because I always hand deliver cash tips. If they didnt give me my food because of that, they suck. They were out smoking for half the time. When I called the girl was like oh I have your food right here. Meaning it was right in front of her the whole time and she didnt deliver it to me. I want a refund

Last night we went to outback for dinner, we ordered the kookabura wings for an appetizer, and I ordered pasta with chicken and shrimp and my wife ordered steak and shrimp. I had a beer, it was empty for 20 minutes before the waitress brought me another one. I was almost done the second one but the time the good came out. It took almost an hour for the food. The waitress asked if we wanted to speak to the manager, we said yes, but the manager never came. My wife's food was cold, my pasta wasn't cooked all the way. The waitress kept making excuses for the delay and the service, but nothing was done to make the issues better. Two other couple got up and left, while another party got their entire meal comped. We've had issues here before but never complained. This visit was the worst experience there ever! Management should've done something but didn't. We were very disappointed!

Ordered coconut shrimp smaller than cocktail shrimp terrible food not brought out all together. Not the Outback I remember! Never going back . Don’t be surprised if and when they close . So sad?

Took the family out on vaca and it's been decades since we've had an outing. Outback Fitchburg MA was a flop. Seems like they're way overdue for a group meeting on guest services; Place seemed sad, nice building but the elders seemed expired, we tipped big because we felt bad for the kids working there.
Food overcooked, not many smiles nor a check-in on quality of food...no cleaning between meals... orders were sometimes incorrect and although the place was nearly empty, it took them nearly 44min to serve us.
No guilt trip but we are a fam of five with two disabled one being blind...my brothers don't get time like this much as we are all hardworking in the rat race; this was a very disappointing experience and its a shame we all definitely felt like we were being outcast at outback.

Went there for lunch today. The server was friendly and efficient, however, the food was not good. I ordered the Cobb salad that cost $17, which was the worst I have ever had. Very small amount of chicken which was dry, barely any lettuce eggs or bacon. Even the Croutons were stale !!! How can you mess up a Cobb salad? Used the restroom before leaving, the smell in there was atrocious and they had the music blaring. Will never be back!!!
