The management acts as if an app is a replacement for customer service. It is not.
Also, there was NO bacon in the Bacon Mac & Cheese. I got take out, so it wasn't obvious.

They want you to use only the kiosk... we had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to take our order and very rude when we asked if someone was working the counter.... to bad we willl never be back to that location....

Ordered at a kiosk with just a few ppl ahead of me. Waited over 20 minutes for a sandwich and soup while larger orders behind me picked up their food.

Got a you pick 2 and one of the items was missing. Went back inside and told the worker she looked at her short male Latino coworker and he gave me the dirtiest look and started laughing so I gave him a dirty look back and immediately it must’ve hit him that I was a customer so he snapped out of it and ended up giving me 10$ credit for next time. Sure it’s fine but that attitude is so uncalled for. Definitely not going back after that customer service and they’ve been messing up a lot lately I also got an Apple that was all brown and mushy on the inside so maybe don’t order the apples?

Got a half Caesar Salad for $7 I would definitely say you get more lettuce on a BK Whopper. Portions extremely small prices extremely high. But I'm sure the CEO gets a large portion in bonus.

Came in about 2:30pm on Monday March 24th. Two women had their backs to us working. Wouldn’t turn around so we put our order in through the kiosk. We waited 20 full minutes before other customers were served, packages were being brought out to cars making pickups. Customers who had just come in were now being waited on at the counter. When I complained I was met with a snarky remark by one of them so I guess it was all intentional for some reason? Done with this place for a while.

Edit: also bread was not included with anything as a side despite being requested right on the app.
