It's not bad, Turkey Brava and tomato soup. I really like the sauce on the sandwich. If you like thick tomato soup (similar to pizza sauce) you will probably like this. I would suggest adding a little pepper and maybe some Tabasco.

The prices just aren’t justified. You can get a 12 oz creamy tomato soup from here for $9, or for the same price whole foods carries a 24 oz tomato soup for $8.59, so double the amount of food for the same price? They’re also annoyingly always out of the free french baguette side. Forcing you to take chips/apple or pay for more bread on top of their high price. Quality of food also differs from place to place, the stuff I had in Boston was much better than here.

Worst Panera I’ve been to. Smaller portions than others and sandwiches are sloppy. The seating is outdated and some seats are caved in/messy all together. Avoid this location and go elsewhere.

Slowest and worst service ever. Over 25 min to take my order. Order was incorrect. Panera Bread doesn't even bake their own bread anymore. Wasted $16 on a very subpar, iceberg lettuce salad. Bring a sweetgreen to Leominster, please. This is the only option and it's not fabulous.

Not like it use to be. Food prices are crazy and the quality of their food doesn't taste fresh anymore.
The food is good The people are busy but friendly when one eventually notices a customer.
The management acts as if an app is a replacement for customer service. It is not.
Also, there was NO bacon in the Bacon Mac & Cheese. I got take out, so it wasn't obvious.

They want you to use only the kiosk... we had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to take our order and very rude when we asked if someone was working the counter.... to bad we willl never be back to that location....

Ordered at a kiosk with just a few ppl ahead of me. Waited over 20 minutes for a sandwich and soup while larger orders behind me picked up their food.

Got a you pick 2 and one of the items was missing. Went back inside and told the worker she looked at her short male Latino coworker and he gave me the dirtiest look and started laughing so I gave him a dirty look back and immediately it must’ve hit him that I was a customer so he snapped out of it and ended up giving me 10$ credit for next time. Sure it’s fine but that attitude is so uncalled for. Definitely not going back after that customer service and they’ve been messing up a lot lately I also got an Apple that was all brown and mushy on the inside so maybe don’t order the apples?
