Food was wrong they wanted me to wait to fix they say they where out chicken was super dry what a waste and to get a $5 coupon for next time 🤬 another customer wanted a spoon fork told they didn’t have anything for him. Do better please.

Rude. I really love Popeyes. Can't wait till this owner goes under and sells out because it'll DEFINITELY happen. They barely get business and the family members you hire are going to make you lose a bunch of money for not taking it seriously. Two more failed inspections and like 100 more complaints and you guys are done change the act. Just treat your customers like people and wash your hands its Popeyes we dont need 5 star service just the bare minimum.

The general(?) Manager Eddy was amazing. After I forgot to ask for no mayo on a sandwich and he saw me getting what I could off, he offered to get me a new one for free

I was visiting with a friend and when we sat down, he realised he had forgotten to ask for no mayo on his sandwich. (His fault, not the store's fault) the General manager Eddy was doing a walkaround in the lobby, along with wiping something up, when he noticed my friend wiping the mayo off his sandwich. (Not allergy, just preference) and he came over and asked if he wanted the sandwich remade. My buddy said it's okay, it's his fault anyway. But Eddy said it's okay, and he can have the sandwich remade. So he did. Even tho it was our own fault my buddy had mayo on his sandwich, Eddy wanted to make sure our visit was great and still remade his sandwich, even though it wasn't the stores fault at all. Great service and amazing food.
