Was having a Beautiful Morning. About to “graduate”
PT after a major surgery last year. Decided to treat myself to a Pink Drink. Placed a mobile order as I’ve been doing after my appts about once a week for 2 months. If there was a way to give them Zero Stars I would. Absolutely horrible. Baristas are slow and sometimes rude. Unapologetic about the fact that they are horrible.
You are the physical manifestation of Starbucks so when I place and order and it says "ready at 1pm", I expect it to be ready when I get there at 1pm or with at the most 5 minutes of a wait. I’m sure it’s usually do to high volume at this location but you can never get the same drink twice. You never know what your going to get! I order the same drink each time and every time it’s different. I’m okay with waiting in the 45min drive thru line for a drink I order but it’s horrible when you just waited all that time to not even get what you ordered. Staff are generally nice but sometimes they close that window so fast you can’t even get a word in.
