Nice staff! Polite and friendly. Physical building is gross, lots of dirt, grime, and mold. Bathrooms always smell dirty and look dirty. Often so busy the team can’t keep up.
Parking: Parking spaces are tight and hard to fit larger vehicles into.

Definitely not as good as it used to be. The past 5 times my drinks were not made correctly. I used to go several times per week now I may go a couple times a month. There are still a couple employees that have been here a few+ years which is nice to see since they do seem to have a large turnover with employees. They are also often short staffed which causes long wait times or mistakes on orders. I have lost several dollars worth of money due to missing items or just drinks that end up not getting drank, and who is going to want to drive back there after getting to where you’re going?!? Then wait in line AGAIN just for a muffin or to get a drink made correctly?!? After so many times you just stop going here. If I were to call for a refund on the items they’d probably think I was lying since it’s happened so often lately. Glad to see they are updating it, hopefully they hire more staff. Especially since they are opening another one near Walmart.

How in the world is this location's rating so high? I have gone to this Starbucks all of maybe a dozen times over the years. EVERY TIME, the drive thru has taken more than twenty minutes. There is no exception to this. How is this acceptable for a fast service location?

Asked specifically for honey PACKETS with my tea.. not honey blend syrup. Not sure why this is always an issue with any starbucks I go to. Only reason for two stars is because I was given a replacement. Do better.

My food order here is always hot, correct, and delicious. Same with my coffee, I get the same thing at every Starbucks and this one nails it every time on the flavor, they fill the cup alllllll the way up, they're quick... What more can you ask for!
I ordered 2 coffees on Mobile Order and it took them over 20 minutes to prepare them. The staff was very slow and disorganized. The coffee station was a complete mess and looked very dirty and disorganized.

I absolutely hate coming to this location in Leominster MA. There is little staffing and they are always at least 45 minutes behind. This is terrible service and better management is needed here. Save this store before it dies.
