They have two types of staff. The ones on today are the slow ones. They intentionally go slow and are in no rush no matter how busy they are.

So I think I just posted a review a month ago complaining about the new Starbucks location on jungle Road and giving this location all the glory because they always get my order right and I guess I spoke too soon. I just left here and I always get a Matcha. The girl that made mine is the girl with the purple hair And I don’t understand how I don’t taste anything but bitter Matcha when I’ve got a scoop of vanilla bean powder, and two brown sugar syrup in it. She also gypped me on the pecan crunch topping (that I paid for) it was gone after the second sip. It’s really aggravating to pay for something and have it be wrong. The only thing right is the extra ice 🙄

10/13/25:: Here I am back again. Don’t go to this place, I swear they read the reviews and then deliberately make your drink taste like crap. The past two days I’ve had the same girl making my drink, who has made it before no problem and it was so good, yet the last two days it’s been so bad I can’t even drink it??? And when she places it on the pick up counter she doesn’t even call my name? This matcha is so bitter and dark I can’t stomach it and the banana protein cold foam taste plain. But atleast she remembered the topping this time 🙄🙄🙄. At $10.97 it’s a damn shame that the same drink isn’t consistent each time. You chose the job, it wasn’t demanded of you. The VERY LEAST you could do is do it right.

Drive thru service is awful . There was only two cars ahead of me and for some reason it took 35 minutes to receive my order.

This was by far the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I placed mobile order #71899796, then waited in the drive-thru line for about 10 minutes and checked in at the order box. When nothing moved, I pulled out, parked, and went inside. After another 45 minutes — a total of 55 minutes wasted — my drinks were still never made.

Mind you I was ordering 3 bottles of water, 2 refreshers and one iced latte. Nothing crazy.

When the store manager, Danyele, finally acknowledged me, I asked for my order to be canceled and refunded. She struggled to process the refund because nothing she rang in matched the total I had already paid on my phone. Instead of resolving it professionally, she became visibly annoyed, slammed her register open, and handed me $30 cash.

I left without drinks, nearly an hour of my time wasted, and an experience that was completely unprofessional. For the premium prices Starbucks charges, this kind of disorganization, poor service, and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

My das was in the store today, and He was ignored by the attendants, and was not attended to, 4 workers and none of them were able to assist him. he was very frustrated, he left with no coffee . He need to go to work so his time was short. More 10min waiting for assistance and nothing . Very sad, we are always placing orders with you guys.

Best Starbucks I've been to in a while! We did drive-thru. The person over the intercom was extremely nice. She went above and beyond.
Our drinks all had positive words of affirmation on them. Which was really perfect!! Written on them. My drink was perfect.. which it's hard to do.Everyone else had amazing drinks and food. Try this one out!

Waited half an hour for an iced coffee and iced tea. Drive thru orders obviously had priority, as we could see our drinks get halfway there (ice in cups) before sitting for another ten minutes as the baristas blended and steamed other orders. This location won’t be winning any efficiency awards, but we felt for the workers, as they are obviously understaffed and lack a manager who can improve the service.
