I got coupons and went to get an Steak and cheese sub but the person there said that sub doesn’t qualify for the promo and it’s not true because the excluded ones are the Premiums ones and the steak and cheese is not .I suggest that Store don’t takes coupons if cannot follow the promos guidelines instead lying customers.

Good, healthier choice of food. Prices seem to have gone up since the pandemic, as has everything. The lady from downtown leominster subway now works here.

Unprofessional instead of asking the Uber eats driver to contact me to verify if it’s ok to have a salad with no lettuce in it just topping plain then I wouldn’t give it a 1 star I’m a person who doesn’t complain but I was really hungry today and they haven’t contact me back ? instead they asked the Uber eats if it’s ok without my concern nor subway or the driver contacted me !!

I really don't know where to begin. My husband and myself had one if the worse experience we ever had at a business. I am American my husband is egyptian. Yes he speaks English with an accent. As we ordered i basically told to shut up if it is not my sandwich. My husband did his best as the older woman criticized his pronounce of words ." It is said o l I v e. Zein apologized over and over he felt so bad. Also told no mask required by subways another issue.
