I went to the counter to order food and they refused to wait on me and my daughters soccer team. I asked the girl if we could place the order at the counter and she said no. So we left and met the team outside and decided to go to papa ginos around the corner. It's to bad that in today's day customer service is so bad. I know the girl behind the counter doesn't care but they lost a huge order for over 45 people.

I have a mild obsession with Taco Bell but my experience here has made me reconsider. Every aspect of this establishment needs retraining. This is one Taco Bell I will not be returning to.

You got one rude little boy working at 10:25 Saturday November 29. Tall with poofy brown hair and acne. Really bold rolling his eyes right to my face telling me I need to go to the drive thru because I told him I have an allergy. I'm already inside ordering, the door was unlocked, there were people sitting down eating and you want me to go back outside and wait in drive thru just so you don't have to change your gloves and wipe the counter? Not happening I already gave you my order. Oh, and when someone says thank you and have a good night, you're supposed to say it back. Don't work customer service if it's too diificult for you.

This is honestly the grossest place I’ve eaten at and I’m usually not picky and I usually don’t make reviews on stuff, but I had to make a review on this one. They forgot so many things and good thing me and my daughter checked before leaving because we had to get so many items that we paid for, but didn’t show up in our bag if we had pulled away. I probably wouldn’t have went back and I probably would’ve missed out on a bunch of my stuff. I think the employees need to check before giving the food to people and make Sure it’s right because if I’m waiting 20 minutes for food, I want all my food to be in the bag

I don't want to put it all on the employees because when my fiancé and I went in the drive thru, the girl who took our order's headphones were broken. I wanted to order a side of nacho fries and they completely missed it out of the order because I couldn't get my order through while the employee's headphones were broken. My fiancé ordered 2 dorito loco tacos to go with our crunch wraps and one of them was a regular hard shell. Doesn't surprise me when they can't get our orders right but headphones being broken down while in the middle of a drive thru order?! Management needs to be more aware of this happening and maybe test the drive thru headphones before opening.

This place is god awful, never order from here, its even worse than the john fitch taco bell, i ordered 2 meals, not even that much food and i was missing 3 tacos and a burrito.. HOW DO YOU MISS THAT MUCH FOOD? THAT WAS BASICALLY EVERYTHING I ORDERED, I WAS MISSING $20 OF FOOD, i tried to submit a report and get my money back which i was entirely scammed out of and yet nobody on the support team has responded back to me! IVE SUBMITTED 3 REPORTS AND NOTHING. So yeah, if you actually want your food dont order from this taco bell.

The food is always pretty good, if I need something quick for dinner, this is definitely my first choice for drive through. The app is great, there are menu items and really good deals that are sometimes only available on the app, and you earn points for free food.

Was not crazy about the clam chowder. Vegetable soup was good.. My Shrimp scampi was a little watery. The fried zucchini on lettuce was delicious. Atmosphere is exceptional. Little pricey for the portions.

This restaurant barely puts anything on the food you order, whether it’s a taco or a nacho they barely put meat or cheese or anything. Even when you ask for extra(which costs more) they put what should be the normal amount.

People are nice but no exaggeration, it took over a half hour for food around 7:30 today. What is going on?! Close your doors if you’re understaffed.

The service was ok. One man had let us know that the lobby was closing in 8 minutes and was very nice about us ordering to go. Service was ok not super fast and not super slow. I had gotten 3 crunchy tacos extra beef and extra cheese no lettuce and I got 1 soft taco the same way. Unfortunately all of my crunchy tacos did not have extra beef or cheese even though I paid for extra. 2 of my crunchy tacos had little pieces of lettuce and 1 taco even had a random chunk of onion. It almost threw me off of the whole meal. The soda was well carbonated but lacked flavor, I got the diet pepsi and my boyfriend got the pespi cherry. They did however do well with my boyfriends 5 layer burrito. They remembered to put napkins and the sauce in the bag so that was definitely a plus. Overall I would say the experience was average for getting there before they closed the lobby.
