We hired the Tavern 13 to bartend our reception and provide lawn games. The bartending cost over $1300 (and we provided the alcohol), and the lawn games $175. The bartending service was adequate. The lawn games were never set up. We were told they weren’t set up because it was raining. We were told that someone should have said something to the bartender. Well, everyone was busy with the reception. When asked to refund the $1175, they flat out said “No.” So, warning if you ask for lawn games and it rains on your wedding day you are out of luck and cash!

This is not good business practice. To offer something at a cost, then not to provide it, no matter what the reason is, and then not to refund the cost. It rains, that happens. So, should you choose to use them for an event, you better hope that it doesn't rain or you will be on the hook for the cost of the games, but you won't be playing any.

Worse experience ever! Girl ignored us for 30 mins or more. Rudest person I have ever encountered! I worked in local restaurants in leominster for years! I would have NEVER treated anyone the way we were treated on 8/29/23! Tried to charge us ridiculous amount for 2 wines after we had ordered from someone else earlier & it was half the price! Will pass the word on & will never go there again!!! Woman needs an attitude adjustment!!!!
