Memorial Day Monday 11:30 am lunch.1 st time visiting and my last. Never a good sign when establishment is run by bunch of high school staff members.Host needs training when a guest requests a seating area don’t argue the point, especially when the restaurant is completely empty and your the second guest. Ordered chips/ dip were just meh, dip was flavorless and very thin . Had the Gasby burger ? honestly The 99 restaurant burgers is much better or at Chili’s for $23 for a burger. I expected a wow.Staff were not super friendly at all My server with a long blonde hair was a complete ditch bag basically dumped the food and ran off never to be seen again or check to see how my food order was. The tip will definitely reflect not impressed at all …. The Fix need some serious fixing I have had better food at the 99 restaurant and Applebees.$8.00 for chips and dip is ridiculous …Don’t think I would return after today’s lousy visit.Sadly I can make a burger a ? times better for 1/2 the cost.

Had a burger craving and this did the fix. Good fixings. I loved the menu options. I enjoyed the phenomenal burger and my husband's stark burger was awesome as well. We substituted for grass feed burger and we could tell the difference. The bun was soft and fresh. The truffle sauce added a nice touch. This was delivered and came nicely presented, I'm sure dine in would be even better at just the right temperature. Definitely excellent burgers.

Disappointed with the flavor of the burger. Disappointed when u can’t eat the whole burger
They just went and hired anyone they could for the kitchen . The quality went down when they did that. the people they did hire could care less about food quality !The people in the front always forget something and get confused easily.I USE to get take out here 3 times a month but I’m don’t paying $70 for negligence.Most recently they left paper inside my burger ! I drove all the way there for wagu beef and almost fainted when non food came out my mouth I’m glad it was paper but at the same time that’s not how you reward your customers !

The mac & cheese was really good, I definitely recommend trying! Decent service and dish portions. The salad was a little dry so I would ask for extra dressing. Sweet potato fries are excellent.

This was an awesome place to visit while I was in town. Service was fantastic and friendly. Food was really good. We got the fried pickles and poutine for apps and it was really tasty. Pickles were so good.The American wagu burger wasn't the absolute best burger I've ever had, while really good it lacked a little seasoning if I have to nit-pick, wasn't a deal breaker as I ate the whole thing. Chips were nice and crispy, beer was cold and delicious.Will definitely be back when I'm in the area again. Thanks for the hospitality.
I love the fix in Worcester and wanted to try this one out in leominster. Food is consistent and love their new menu with mocktails. Service was just ok.

Food is overpriced.In addition, my experience with the underground portion was lackluster. Ran out of martini glasses, poor service and overcharged. One of the bartenders was plain rude and even told my friend when she asked about pricing to "take it up with your friends", "because I don't want to deal with you, I'll fix it" and "you can leave now". This person needs customer service and anger management courses. I have no intention of going back.
