The food was ok but it is just in Denny's and online only

Placed mobile order, arrived to find out they were closed via paper sign on the door, an employee came out to let us know they were understaffed and decided to close for the day, (totally understandable) and that they would issue us a refund when they opened next. I never got the refund so I called for an update, they apologized and said they’d issue the refund ASAP. I still never received my refund. Never spending my money here again as I feel I got taken advantage of or scammed. I can understand closing for the day due to staffing shortages, but not issuing my refund after multiple attempts is just ridiculous. Be careful when spending your money here. There’s better options anyways.

Horrible I've been waiting 2 hours for them to make 1 sandwich Uber needs to rethink who they do business with I'm starving and can't get my money back they don't have a phone line cause if they did it would be nothing but complaining form customers cause there business is so poorly conducted

This Denny's is likely the same Denny's you went into 30 years ago. Consistent menu options, standard fare. No fancy flare or modern designs, but -

It's the friendly staff, clean kitchen and well prepared food that makes it a great place to come in for a good, inexpensive meal.

Awesome Service especially if it’s our amazing waitress Nicole! Breakfast was also great. Thank you Nicole in these days excellent customer service is hard to find and I also it’s not an easy job! Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

Renaming practice should be illegal

Terrible experience. Arrived at 6:30 p.m. didn't get food until 8:00 p.m. that would have been tolerable if the place was busy, but there was literally only four other families there. The waitress assigned to our table was completely negligent, never checked on us, and when we asked for things she would say "just a second" and never returned.Other families had visibly the same experience. One even complained, but it was obvious the complaint fell on deaf ears. The complaint went to the "host" who only apologized, but did nothing to rectify the situation. As I left I also complained to the same man, who clearly had no interest in making the situation better. Food was okay, for a Denny's, but one of my family members food was overcooked.The only thing that was told to us was some nonsense that ended up not being true about why the service was so slow and neglectful.
