Not really worth making a reservation. When we got there, the hostess didn't even know that was an option, never mind know we had one. Food is very hit or miss in my experience. Pizza is always good, as it should be at a pizza place, but soups have been questionable at best and best described as cold paste at worst.

I always loved Uno's, but this was not a great experience. I don't think they are making food fresh, it tastes like it was refrigerated or even frozen. Appetizer was cold in the middle, and the pizza was not real hot, either. Staff was great, and service was very good. Hopefully this was just a bad night.

Whoever the newish manager guy is has anger issues and is really bad for business. I watched as he made a doordasher wait and when she said something he jumped back dramatically and acted like she wanted him to end the world for her order. You have responsibilities, and you are not professional with that quick temper. You are not the only making a living sir.

Took my Mom out to SHARE lunch, on account of the serving sz. they give you. Samantha our waitress went over and above what I have experienced, in a long time! Began with a glass of water and THE BEST Martini I have ever had, in this state! (Cranberry) As my mother and I were leaving the restaurant, just so happened to walk out w/ her parents! Samantha deserved her CASH tip! And WISH HER A HAPPY THANKSGIVING ????

Food was cold from the fridge.Waiter offer to replace. But to be honest the food was not good as expected. The plate was a spaguetti meatball.2nd order was a burger and was cold in the middle.I think they don’t have enough staff to serve big partys.Food take about 35 mins to be served.Last time that i go there.Won’t recommend unless you really don’t have any other options.

I love ordering from this place through Uber eats my favorite meal is the make your own pasta, I get to Asiago cream sauce, with onions, shrimp, chicken, roasted vegetables, spinach. It’s amazing.
Thoroughly enjoyed the pizza and atmosphere. Uno Pizzeria is not available in Tampa, Florida.

DO NOT GO HERE. Cheese had mold I had used it on the apps and didn’t realize until it was on my pizza I was eating mold. Waitress didn’t do much other than give us a new shaker. Nothing was offered to fix the situation. Absolutely gross handling of their products. It’s not fair for the consumer to be paying to eat mold.
