First off, employees are sitting out in the dining area openly puffing on weed cartridges past 7pm.
Then it was the cashier (who told me and my bf she was “new” 3 months ago when we came in) STILL looking completely clueless while taking someone’s order. Gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe the customer she was talking with had an issue so I sat down and ordered mobile.
My order sat behind the counter staring at me and melting (I ordered Frostys) for 10 minutes while 3 employees INCLUDING a manager stood there doing nothing of help for anyone waiting. Not to mention the rest of my order was missing things and wrong. Absolutely beside myself after a long day of work myself (thankfully not here)…what a dump this place is.

This place is wild. First off all its 8pm at night they had 2 cars in the drive thru and like 3 people In the waiting room. I give dude my order it comes to $16.45. I hand him $20.50. He looks at it for what seems like forever. Then proceeds to hand me back 3 ones and 5 quarters. I'm like what are you doing? I gave you 2 quarters so you could hand me 4 ones and a nickel. He's like no my draw would be short. I don't argue But I'm like we'll your draw is def short now but ok. Then they gave me the wrong sandwich and messed up in drive through next thing you know they got a lobby full of irrated people with wrong orders. It took them over 20 mins to fix everyone's orders. There are wendys every exit. Avoid this one at all cost always a nightmare and they are always getting it wrong.

I don’t know what happened to the french fries at Wendy’s, but I’ve given it a couple of shots now and they have not been good, also the medium fry was so tiny for almost 4 dollars. It’s a little ridiculous.. Not to mention, I asked for barbecue sauce, of course no barbecue sauce in the bag had to walk back in to get it. Just really too bad to see them go so downhill.

myself and 3 Close friends of mine entered the Wendy’s one cold night in November. We were greeted by an employee named Tyler. he was amazing!! please give him a raise, his service was impeccable. bonus points for ambiance. we love you leominster wendy’s! we love you tyler!
I love Wendy's but my experience there the last time I was there was just not up to par my rewards didn't work through the drive through so I went inside to use a different reward and the woman "running" the front was very rude standoffish and basically brushed me off by saying she had she had all these people to serve which was really one group of four girls and some doordash orders I waited patiently until she served the girls ahead me and when she had done that I asked if I could order yet and she brush me off again with the same excuse but with everyone ALREADY SERVED so at the point it was only door dash order and in house customer should served first. The only reason I'm giving my review 2 stars instead of 1 star was the girl at drive through window was very nice

Very slow and not only did they not have any cookies but they couldnt even do their job and make them pathetic this is why businesses are going out of business you have a customer trying to order something from the regular menu nothing crazy this is part of their regular job description just like any other product request I hope the owner is up reading this you need to find better help I’m sure there a teen somewhere willing to work

I ordered a DoorDash to pick up, and the people they have to work give the orders without seeing the customer's information and they gave my order to another unknown person.
