If you have 2 lanes, use them properly. Alternate between them instead of taking 3 cars for every 1 in the other lane. Also please clean your soda machine, every drink we’ve gotten at this location tastes like it has sprite or root beer mixed into it. The other locations don’t have this issue.

I have NEVER been treated so poorly at a restaurant. We used the app to place a mobile order for dine in. Once we arrived the order was still being processed. Once it was almost ready I was told there were no baked potatoes. I had ordered that and chili to go together. I was asked if I wanted to order something else and there was nothing else I wanted. I asked for a refund and the young woman spoke with her manager. He asked someone when potatoes would be ready. I am not sure he ever got an answer. I told the order taker, who was a kind employee at this location, that I didn't want to wait if it was more than 5 minutes. The manager was working the drive thru and not getting back with a clear answer. The order taker asked about a refund and she said to me you need to use the app. I brought my phone over and said now how do we do this. She didn't know. At that point I called to the manager and said would you please help her so we can do this? You are ignoring this situation. He said I don't know how to use the app. I said in a rather huffy voice, well what am I supposed to do? He then came over to the counter told me I was disrespecting him and to get out of his store. I said are you kidding me, YOU are not treating ME right. I want a refund. You need to get it on the app, look at your order, said the manager. I did and see no place to do that, nor would I expect that. Imagine the number of people who could just falsify this information. He took my credit card and said he wasn't supposed to do this but he would issue a credit on my card. We'll see if that really happens. This is a mind boggling experience. My husband worked as a manager at Wendy's just out of college. He was astounded how we were treated this evening based on his training. I was not asking for anything I didn't deserve or should expect. How about I can give you a gift card for $5 for your inconvenience? That would have possibly assured another visit to Wendy's. We will not return to ANY Wendy's again, given how we were treated.

Every single time we throw away the soda. Idk what they put in the diet coke but always taste bad, like mineral water soda. (Maybe is just me) But wife doesn't like it ether . We always end up in mcd .even though I like better Wendy's food .

Less than one star. Not very busy, but far behind. Pull up and wait for the drive through.
Parking: Parking wasn't really the issue. Traffic management , such as entry and exit.
The only bad thing is the tables and the sodas but the best part is our service was so kind to us.

Mobile order set for pickup at 8:10, order received at 8:40. Stock was low, sandwich was wrong, cold brew took longer than the Frosty. Looked like there was plenty staff, probably just a lack of motivation alongside the drive through being backed up (as usual for this location). Fries cold and stale; again as usual for this location. Homeless people loitering outside the establishment 24/7 and nothing is ever done.
Door dashed my meal. Wasn't ready when I got there for pickup time. Woman was extremely rude when dealing with locating order from app, once I dealt with someone with intelligence I got my order which still had Bacon on it which I specifically asked to have removed.

Sometimes the order isn't fulfilled completely as in if I ask for cheese in my chilly or ask for hot sauce then some crews forget but overall good is good and. If you make sure you get everything you asked before you leave then all it takes is walking inside and telling them to rectify the oversight ...I do realize the they are busy and we are all humans so mistakes are bound to happen wherever we go ??
