Actually had 7 people working. I noticed that they were all concentrating on the drive thru or cleaning. After finally being greeted (after 3 minutes) I was told "we'll be right with you" I placed my order....had to repeat it twice. And left to continue my commute only to discover my coffee was incorrect and my sandwich was burnt croissant and cold eggs...

It's definitely not the Dunkin' Donuts I grew up with.
The closer was kind stopped by about a half hour before closing. My cold brew was delicious.
