Close by my home, staff is always friendly and helpful, great DD coffee, and plenty of parking.

Wrong order

I have often come in and out of this dunkin location. I went in before an appointment and order an ice coffee and grilled cheese. They seemed to be short staffed and the drink order was made quickly. Over 10 minutes, and I understand it was during lunch rush, I went to the cashier and just asked for a refund for the sandwich as I was running late. Instead she told me she would make it for me then. Which set me back additionally time wise. I love dunks, I’ve never had issues here before, but I was dissatisfied with my visit on this occasion.

excellent service very polite employees very fast. I honestly was probably in there for like five minutes and my coffee and hashbrowns or already done and surprisingly hashbrowns were very crunchy. Coffee is great. Overall service is good. Here you can lounge outside for fresh air or eat inside. Very quiet location.

Bad service every time I walk in the Brazilian cashier leaves and switch places with another one to avoid me. I am not asking for anything free and her treatment make me feel bad.

Asked for 2 croissants, toasted with butter. First I was only given one which is fine cause I checked it prior to leaving. Then I was given frozen butter packets and no butter on croissants. When I asked to have them buttered the woman sighed and then put my croissant to the side and ignored it for 10 minutes and by the time she got around to making it I had to eat on the go cause my lunch was over. Usually don’t have a problem but lately this dunks has been a problem. Very displeased.
