Il Forno Restaurant & Catering

Went for Easter brunch, the line was out the door, no direction from anyone, people cut and it was chaos. Finally got sat, in 4 top with 5 people. Had no silverware, took 10 minutes to get a drink, food was well below average, and there was like 4 pieces of dessert bites on a tray. Would never go back after that.

Just came from El Forno. Lunenburg had a pepperoni and pepper pizza. It was by far the best pizza I have ever had since the old days at the European in the northend. Great job Michael and crew always.

Overall it was just ok, it was a Thanksgiving brunch buffet that had no dinner rolls which I thought was lacking. We had reservations for 1pm that wasn’t ready until 115.
I think I’ll try someplace else next year.

Save yourself the headache and frustration and eat literally anywhere else. The service is TERRIBLE and I would give 0 stars if I could. Placed an order over the phone, showed up 30 min later to pick it up and they hadn't put the order in smh. Made me wait 20 minutes and no apology or anything of the sort. Honestly doesn't even matter that the food is good when it's so unprofessionally managed.

Someone responded to my post and wanted to speak with me about the terrible service, which I thought was a good sign. I updated my review to include the information they asked, but they have not gotten back to me. Seriously skip this restaurant and go to Bella‘s on Great Road in Acton instead. Bella’s is the best alternative if you’re looking for yummy Italian food that’s actually better priced than Il Forno and the service there is fantastic. I’ll say it again, skip Il Forno and go to Bella’s in Acton.

They have a wheelchair accessible ramp we use to get take-out pepperoni or BBQ chicken pizzas which are always delicious although kind of pricey at $28 each.

Such a beautiful dining restaurant. The atmosphere is very elegant. The food is plentiful and so delicious. The waitresses are all so friendly and helpful. Recommend it highly.. Great meal choices and specials
Tuesday and Wednesdays are date nights..

Amazing service. Food was beyond delicious. Highly recommend the Fisherman's Platter and the Scallops with Pumpkin Risotto.

Last year when wedding planning , my now husband and I started looking for Italian restaurants that provide catering in the littleton/westford area. We stumbled upon ilforno online and after looking at not only their dine in menu , but their catering as well , decided to go in and try some food to see if they would be a good fit.

The food is delicious , the atmosphere is clean and serene , and the service is always great ! We decided to choose them to cater our big day. We have been in a few times just to enjoy a delicious meal in the mean time and they never disappoint . Izzy has been our server a few times and she is great ! I am a server too and appreciate when I have a great experience all around at a restaurant.

At our wedding, the food was delivered to the Kaleva Lodge in Littleton, (awesome place too !)to my helpers right on time and the guests loved everything . Many people went in for seconds and there was good portions of everything ! We even had a full pan of chicken parm left over to give to our helpers to take home with them. We have had so many of our guests say how delicious the food was , even some of our notorious picky eaters were happy. Many of my friends said they are still thinking about the chicken Franches! Can't wait to bring them in sometime soon. Thank you Ilforno !

Food was cold, barely eatable.
It looked like someone opened a jar of sauce and put it on top. Also contacted the manasir.She did very little and still waiting to hear from her after ten days, would not recommend littleton restaurant.
