Food is standard. Employees are kinda rude and unhelpful.

Food tastes good but they are real skimpy on their portions (unless you are looking for a pile of rice) To add small amount of bacon to your order is 3:75! I’ve been several times, it’s just not really worth it.

Chicken burrito had minimal chicken in it, again. It seems to be an intentional ploy to keep there costs low. Why pay 13 bucks for this? Never going back. Please observe your orders next time and see if you still want to spend your money here.

The food is delicious, with lots of customization choices. The staff is not incredibly enthusiastic at times, but it makes for a great fast sit-down meal.

A perfect 10 and better than Chipotle

Good experience at this Moes. Food was warm and service was quick. Only thing of note is some of the booths were slightly dirty with food remnants. Could use a good cleaning in main dining area.

Incredibly slow

i’ve came in here. Didn’t need to wait. Long sandwich was already ordered, but why always smells good in here food is very good.

Great food fast

Placed an online order for pick up. 495 south shut down due to an accident that required a life flight. Called and asked to cancel the order as soon as we realized bc we could not get there in our original time, they wouldn’t cancel (even though we physically could not get there). Flash forward 0.5 miles and an hour later we make it there and try to reorder the food, they refused to remake it. Basic food safety should not allow them to give out food that has been sitting for over an hour with meat and dairy on it. Left with no food or refund. Will be disputing the charge with my cc company and will never eat at this location again.

“If I remake it for you I have to remake this other persons…” as you should??? Horrible customer service and horrible experience. Anyways go to Moe’s in Drum Hill instead.

Ordered online. 3 of the meals were wrong. Queso was super clumpy. We order here often and tonight was very disappointing.

My wife and I have eaten at different Moe's before but I want to say that it was peaceful here and the food was great and the service was great. We have always had great food.
