Ordered a bowl with undercooked rice. Paid for a fountain drink and the soda machine was broken. Seating area sticky. Miss on all areas.

I was going to order more, but the people working there were so firmly committed to moving the line of two people down towards the cash register quickly that they never asked.

More than that, Moe's is firmly committed to charging you Moere even though they're are still plenty of pennies in circulation.

I remember when you used to be able to get a Moegarita. Now you just get charged Moere.

Bought a bowl and it had a ridiculous amount of not fully cooked rice, overcooked and very little minced chicken, minimal guac for the extra $3, excessive amount of jalepeno, then sat in a booth and nearly broke my tailbone on the busted bench seat. Oh, and stale over salted chips.. this place used to be good.. off the list

Walked to pick up orders with my manager and the girl was so rude to me. I had touched the bag not knowing seeing it was my first time there and she yelled at me I give the bags so don’t touch them. I was very embarrassed in front of the other guests and then when she came over she was extremely rude to me. My boss and I were very upset with how she treated me. We get back to work and our tacos are horrible. The lettuce is brown and the adobo chicken was pretty gross had a weird texture and on top of it the food was cold as can be.

Food tastes good but they are real skimpy on their portions (unless you are looking for a pile of rice) To add small amount of bacon to your order is 3:75! I’ve been several times, it’s just not really worth it.

Chicken burrito had minimal chicken in it, again. It seems to be an intentional ploy to keep there costs low. Why pay 13 bucks for this? Never going back. Please observe your orders next time and see if you still want to spend your money here.

The food is delicious, with lots of customization choices. The staff is not incredibly enthusiastic at times, but it makes for a great fast sit-down meal.

A perfect 10 and better than Chipotle

Good experience at this Moes. Food was warm and service was quick. Only thing of note is some of the booths were slightly dirty with food remnants. Could use a good cleaning in main dining area.
