10/29 dinner time, received my order of nachos without any queso smh. Asked for queso on the side so it wouldn't get soggy by the time it arrived. Not a crazy request. In fact, the store asks if you want it on the side or not. Surprise surprise they never included it in my bag. But they sure did charge me for it. The dasher double checked her car and the hot bags she used, it wasn't there. She let me know it wasn't the first time this store has missed something and had issues and customer complaints. The people preparing the order know you can't do anything about it because you're not in person. They couldn't care less. I mean, who wants nachos with no queso. Managers take note of the people working dinner time 10/29. Even dashers are noticing all the problems, lowkey embarrassing. Should have stuck to taco bell lol

This Moe's Southwest Grill location (of the national chain) provides decent fast Mexican food for lunch. I had the quesadilla chicken club for lunch, which was tasty and promptly prepared during the middle of the lunchtime rush. There are a number of decent restaurants in this shopping complex (just off of I-495); this place probably has the fastest service.

First time ever eating here. It was absolutely delicious! My daughter and I both had the "homewrecker bowl" and had it with tofu. Had so much taste was the best we've had in a long time. It was a late lunch, but we didn't have dinner it definitely filled us up! Service was excellent, kind, and patient.

I love Moes. Moe's is like Chipotle but with better ingredients in the food and better atmosphere. I like there chicken but there other meats are also good
They messed up our order and had to remake it and ended up forgetting ingredients. They gave them to us on the side.

the food was disgusting I've never given a review in my life but felt compelled to let people know how bad it is. chipotle blows this place out of the water. the food was so horrible tasting we threw it away after a few bites. waste of $. Workers were very nice however

We stopped in after catching an afternoon movie in the same plaza. We went ahead with our orders I ordered a build your own bowl with steak and I had to keep repeating the items I wanted (the lady who was preparing my food wasn’t paying attention (don’t know if she was having a bad day but I just moved on didn’t want to be a bother anymore) was missing a few of the items on my bowl that I wanted. I said extra queso and I was charged but was given the regular amount that they put on a regular order. I wanted extra sour cream and I got one little dollop, the gentleman at the register actually heard me and got me a cup. Never got pico or the peppers n onions wanted both beans only got about half scoop of the black beans. Another member of our party got the chicken club quesadilla ( never put the bacon or sauce in it and the chicken was cold in the center. My father in law got a bowl and his meat and rice were very cold (he went up and the two ladies were rolling their eyes n not very polite)We decided to just leave and heat up our food at home but to be honest it wasn’t that great reheatedI believe the manager came over to our table to apologize which was very nice but I thought she would have asked when there was two meals not being eaten. But she didn’tBasically $60 down the drain and we were still hungry lolThere was kids playing with the blinds and running around sticking their fingers in the salsa bar n what notWe were very disappointed
